At some point I needed to freaking go and ask for the manager and got a full refund and a free car wash of equal value for a return visit . Would ask the question would I return to this business I just gave you some of the good and bad that they screwed up but they fixed it. The next day I took it back and asked for a refund or for them to wash jt again and they told me my car was dirty for so long that it's permanently like that and it won't come off.. and it's "water marks" how can it be "water marks" when it hasn't even rained and if I left the car wash with water marks they should have dried them off before giving my car back to me. I started going to Aqua Clean after a lackluster experience at Soapy Joe's. They had an offer where…read moreyou could pay around $15 or $20 for any level of car wash for 2 months (then you pay the normal amount every month after that). I figured I might as well try it out and I'm glad I did! First, every car bay I tried while going there has strong suction, which is something I really appreciate. Second, it's obvious that people are constantly switching out the dirty microfiber cloths for clean ones. Both really good things to look out for at a car wash! The thing I appreciated the most, above all else, was how easy it was to cancel my subscription. All I did was tell the guys I wanted to cancel when I went in for a wash. It was canceled by the time the car started to go through. No upselling, no resistance, no nothing. Just a, "yes ma'am let me help you with that right away." It feels like that is so rare these days. Also, to be clear, I canceled because I don't go to the car wash enough to drop $40/month on the title wave monthly plan. However, I think if you do go to the car wash regularly, it's worth it! Personally, I will be returning every time I do need a wash... I love this place!

From the moment I pulled in, she greeted me with a genuine smile, incredible energy, and a level of professionalism that's becoming rare these days. She took the time to answer my questions, made sure I was taken care of, and turned what should've been a routine car wash into an outstanding customer experience. It's employees like Marleene who keep customers coming back. She clearly takes pride in her work, represents Soapy Joe's with excellence, and deserves recognition for going above and beyond. My car left sparkling clean, but it's the exceptional service that will keep me returning. Give this woman the recognition she deserves--she's a rockstar!

I have reposted this review with that correction. I have never been to this Casa de Oro Car Wash. I took my 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback in today for a complete interior/exterior detail since I spilled an entire venti caramel macchiato on the passenger seat, which just soaked it all up. I was hesitant because of the poor reviews, but it's very close to my house so I figured I'd see for myself. I was amazed when I picked up my car 2 hours later! She looked like she did when she was brand new! They were friendly and really cared about making sure I was happy, as they told me to check it and made sure any last minute wipe downs were taken care of before I drove off.
