When I called Joaquin was very eager to help and have the vehicle checked out. Upon bring my vehicle there he let me know that due to how the cars panels hung down they were not able to lift it and did not want to take a risk on breaking anything. He offered to use a floor jack to at least be able to check the front brakes. Him and his staff were very friendly and eager to help out. I drive an electric vehicle so there is not really much to service but anyone who does drive a gas/hybrid vehicle should definitely see Joaquin and his team. The majority of the cost was for a diagnostic, which we told them it was only the transmission we wanted checked. When we got the truck home, bults were missing from the shifter plate on the transmission. They took it off but didn't put back on leaving the shifter rattling around. We were told the transmission was fine. We took it to another shop where we discovered the transmission was shot. When we approached to owner we were dismissed and no consideration as a customer at all. No working with us at all. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
