I stopped in after being referred to them as experts in the I/M field and it couldn't have been more clear they had zero interest in helping me. The older gentleman greeted me with a friendly smile as soon as I walked through the door and asked how he could help before I even reached the counter. I handed him my registration, and he immediately got started on my vehicle's emissions test. About 10 minutes later, he returned with my keys and paperwork. The younger gentleman then asked if I wanted to renew my registration there. When I declined, he quickly checked me out. The entire experience was fast, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend this business! Their emissions testing fee was also comparable to other companies in the area, making it a great overall experience.

On days where it's at least 3 people, you can be in and out in about 30 mins or less. This is a family owned business. As most of the individuals are related to each other besides the receptionist sometimes. Folks here are nice, there was an issue I had about two years ago with the older gentleman that did my emissions, I took an SUV for testing and when I left I noticed he fat fingered the mileage for my vehicle on the certificate. So I went back and had him fix it (since I didn't want any mileage discrepancies to happen with my vehicle) and when I returned, he redid my vehicle and sent me off, I checked it while I was driving and it was fat fingered again so I went back and he had to redo my vehicle again. Regardless that issue took about 2 hours in total to get it fixed. He said it didn't matter and was a bit grumpy about it but I want things in order and wouldn't want any issues down the future. Since we've been coming here for about 5-6 years now, prices have gone up but I think that's just how it is for all emission places. Would recommend this place to others.

Terrible experience. I came here hoping to knock out a quick oil change before getting a car wash…read more After the techs spent about 10 minutes trying to upsell me on items from the "inspection" that I didn't request, they informed me that they had already drained my oil but couldn't replace the filter because the skid plate bolts were stripped and they couldn't get it off. This was right after I heard their torque wrench audibly destroy the bolts. They admitted that they had indeed stripped out the bolts trying to remove them. To make it worse they told me that while they wouldn't charge for the oil filter they would still charge me for the oil. I explained that it makes no sense to pay for the oil if I have to go right back somewhere else and have it drained again in order to replace the filter. After arguing they went back down and worked on the bolts and were able to finally get them off and replace the filter. But now the bolts were stripped and they couldn't put the skid plate back on safely! They claim to have called around looking for new bolts but couldn't find any. They did their best to re-attach the skid plate with just a few partially stripped bolts. So now I have to go have the skid plate removed again and reattached with new bolts. And they charged me full price for everything even though they stripped my bolts. What should have been an easy oil change has note resulted in a big headache for me. Avoid this place!
