One day after meeting with them, the aerial video and virtual tour of our townhome was viewed by a hundred perspective buyers via the Internet. Geoff and Geoffrey performed weekly market analysis for comparisons to insure we were competitively priced and that their sales tools reached a large pool of potential home buyers. And they kept us updated through the whole process of selling our home in the most courteous, respectful and professional manner. We were worried about having people come through our home because we have two cats, and we did not want them getting out. They were very respectful of our concerns and worked with us. We highly recommend Geoff Luna and Geoffrey Luna, Jr., to anyone considering selling their home. We could not be more pleased with the experience, quality, and the level of professionalism they brought to the sale of our home. Thank you, gentlemen!!! Caroline and Dana Carpenter

At this point, the outreach has moved beyond standard follow-up and into persistent unsolicited contact despite being told no directly. They were also rude to my boyfriend when he stopped in one time to promote his business, which further reinforced the unprofessional experience. I would not recommend them, as they do not appear to take "not interested" as a final answer.

When my business partner and I decided it was time to hire a management company for our growing…read moreportfolio, we interviewed multiple managers in the Whittier Area. We felt it was important to find a company that represented the Landlord as well as the Tenants. Landlord protection and compliance is important but so is ensuring low turnover in your buildings. Yvonne and her team at Superior Management & Realty Services stood out as they had the perfect mix of Owner and Tenant representation. Right away we could tell she and her staff were knowledgeable and up to date on recent laws and compliance. They were able to find ways to improve our properties, ensure rents move with the market, provide monthly reporting and are always responsive to any questions and/or inquiries. Most importantly, Superior Management & Realty Services are proactive by instantly notifying us of any changes with the tenants as well as necessary needs for the property to ensure "pride of ownership." I highly recommend Superior Management & Realty Services. Brendan M. Mortgage Bank CEO

Your company is NOT a tenant friendly company! Nobody was trying to prevent any repairs! Let's it straight we asked how much longer it was going to take because it did disrupt us!! We work at night and sleep during the day, there was NO NOTICE posted ahead of time as per usual with your company! When I tried to talk to Wendy I got yelled at hung up on and was denied even talking to anyone or even get my question across!!! We have been without a dryer for almost a month and when I tried calling the first time all I got was we will get to it when we get to it, that's not very friendly to your tenants!! My experience at 524 W Greenwood Ave has been some of the most unnecessarily stressful of my 50 + years as a renter. I was a homeowner a few times during this time also I am very aware of the responsibilities of an owner and as a renter. Roberts client, and defacto mother/tenant have made it nearly impossible for Robert to have managed my tenancy properly. I want to believe, given the appropriate opportunity, I would have experienced a more favorable outcome. Robert, to my knowledge, has not been directly involved in the nefarious actions of his clients. The turning off of my heat and hot water on several occasions in the past month. The hiding of my trash cans. The theft of my mail and subsequent use of my bankcard by a family member. The constant harassment, verbal assaults, physical threats and finally lying regarding my exclusive use of a patio and then in retaliation, excluding it as a punishment. I believe Robert was acting in good faith regarding his client. However I have and continue to suffer greatly at the hands of his client. I can only close my eyes, click my heels together 3 times and repeat, "there's no place like home," and hope a house falls on top of his client. When I open my eyes I will be transported to the home of my dreams, on 3/2/2026, far, far away from this scary horrible place. I will pray for the next tenant!

As first gen homebuyers, we were nervous about the process and wanted to make sure we worked with someone who truly had our best interests. From day one, Matthew exceeded every expectation. He was always available to answer our questions, no matter the time, and he never once made us feel rushed into choosing a home or submitting an offer we were not completely comfortable with. Whenever we sent him a list of homes we wanted to see, he was quick to schedule appointments and often put together routes of open houses for us to visit. My husband and I both work during the week, so our schedules were limited, but Matthew was incredibly accommodating. He consistently made time for us on weekends and even holidays so we could continue our home search. Throughout the entire process, Matthew was honest, communicative, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home. Toward the end of our search thanks to him we had two offers accepted in the same weekend and were able to choose the home that was the best fit for our family. We truly believe we would not be in our current home without Matthew. His negotiation skills were exceptional, and he was able to secure more than $20,000 in closing credits for us. We have already recommended Matthew to friends and coworkers and will continue to do so. He is honest, hardworking, knowledgeable, and deeply committed to his clients. We could not be happier with our experience and wish him nothing but continued success. Any client would be lucky to have him as their realtor.
