    This is my 2nd review for this office since my 1st one is on Google and Dr. Bruno's response to…read moremine was "we hold a high standard for our office and I'm sorry your standard wasn't met...please call us so we can help." Lol....that is hilarious & pretty dumb at the same time. New patient here for an urgent matter and I've called them 3 times during business hrs & it goes to an answering service. Left 3 messages & not ONE call was returned. How does one office hold themselves to a high standard when you don't have anyone answering calls IN YOUR OFFICE OR RETURN CALLS FOR BUSINESS??? So their response was ultimately dumb saying call us so we can help. Um...maybe you should have someone answer calls from within your office when potential patients call to begin with. I'm not wasting any more time on this & if I were u, I'd call another oral surgeon!!

I then had to wait for insurance to approve the service. Once it was approved the office would not return any of my calls. Once I finally got so frustrated I told them I will be getting ahold of my attorney. They then returned my call asap. They lady was really rude and sounded inconvenienced, I asked for my money back and that I was going else where, there was no apology, no how can we fix this nothing! Will never recommend this office to anyone!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR TIME OF DAY!

One of boys did have some cavities that need taken care of so we did start his work being done. On the second appointment I had switched jobs and insurance changed I had recieved a text and called multiple times to provide the information after receiving a text and no one answered. On the day of the appointment my wife took our boy in and instantly the receptionist had an attitude and was very rude and unprofessional to my wife when she tried to provided the new insurance. Keep in mind we have two insurance providers so the bill could have been billed to the second provider with no issues. The receptionist was so rude that my son went to the car and w have decided we will not return. Sad that one employee can ruin a relationship. We like the rest of the staff however the receptionist is very unprofessional and rude.

    FACT: Their dentist (Dr. Vic) told me I needed 4 crowns…read more FACT: My insurance agreed, and I received a pre-authorization letter from my insurance. FACT: I was told the procedure would take several hours. FACT: I took a partial sick day from work so that the procedure could be performed. FACT: When I arrived, there was a 'new' dentist (Dr. Baik). FACT: This new dentist told me that I needed a crown on every upper tooth (approximately 14 in total) or to have them all replaced with veneers (at least $20,000 cash) not covered by insurance. FACT: This is not what the previous dentist from that office told me. FACT: This is extra dental work was NOT what the appointment was for. FACT: This is NOT what the insurance company approved. FACT: The dentist Dr Baik told me that she disagreed with Dr. Vics and the insurance company's ECONOMICALLY CONSERVATIVE treatment and told me that she would not proceed unless I agreed to one of the much more expensive procedures. FACT: This office caused me to take a partial sick day and I ended up only being in the office for a half hour since she refused to perform what the insurance approved, and I was not going to go forth with the extra crown work that had not been approved by my insurance company. FACT: You decide whether you think this office is considerate of their patient's time and money.
