Emich Kia to the rescue! Somewhere on a stretch of I-80 in western Nebraska a rock went through the radiator of my 2024 Sportage. I made it to Denver before the dashboard lit up with a bright red "Engine Overheating" alarm. I contacted Emich Kia as soon as the service department opened at 7 am. Service Advisor Jennifer Gillespie got me in right away. Technician Noah quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a video of coolant jetting out of the radiator. Over the next several days, Jennifer coordinated with adjusters from my insurance company and provided me regular updates. I didn't expect to see my car for a week or more so I was pleasantly surprised when Jennifer let know that the radiator had been replaced and my car was ready to be picked up. A sense of urgency, empathy, professionalism and friendliness--I'd recommend the Emich service department to anyone! read more

After a car deal, the true test of that dealership is 2 things. First, how did the entire process go, and second, would you recommend that dealership to others. For my experience with Emich Kia in Denver, my experience purchasing a car, after all was said and done, was not a good experience and I would never recommend the dealer to anyone. As I explain why, these are strictly my opinions and feelings about this experience. 1) The dealer got in the exact version of a redesigned 2026 Sportage. I calculated ahead of time what an acceptable final price would be for us with our trade in. The salesman took our information to the sales manager. I heard him say, "Just lump it together in one deduction." I found out at the very end of the paperwork what that meant. The price the salesman gave is was better than I had hoped, at least it appeared to be. We accepted the deal. But, during the end of the paperwork process, the finance person showed us there was a discount that was available from the State for buying a hybrid electric vehicle, but make sure we DID NOT deduct it on our taxes. So the discount we thought was from the dealership in that lump sum was really them just giving us back our own money. The dealership gave us NOTHING off the price of the car. By lumping everything into one amount, there was no explanation where the discounts were coming from. 2) We purchased the car on a Saturday. The following Tuesday I received an email from the sales manager asking me to give the dealership all 10s when I received a review questionnaire from Kia. I told him I couldn't because there was at least 3 out of 11 items he showed me on the evaluation that I could not give a 10 to. I NEVER RECEIVED AN EVALUATION FORM FROM KIA, BUT WHAT I GOT INSTEAD WAS AN EMAIL THAT SAID "IF YOU TEST DROVE A KIA AND DIDN'T BUY IT, PLEASE TELL US WHY." 3) That same Tuesday after the sale, I looked on Emich's web site and noticed that they were now giving an almost $1500 discount on the car. I asked for that discount be given back to me but I was told that was a mistake that Kia made and it would be removed from the web page. It did disappear about 2 days later and about 2 days after that, Emich added their own $1000 discount to the car. I was given nothing. 4) Kia was offering $1500 discount if you financed the car. We weren't planning to do this, but couldn't pass up the offer. My interest rate was listed at 6.5%. I thought this was Kia's rate, but after checking other dealers later on, they were offering 5.25% for the same loan. Why the difference? 5) I contacted my salesman about a problem with the software in this car. I asked him to check another car they had on their lot to see if that one showed the exact same thing in the software. It would have taken less than 5 minutes. He totally ignored me and I haven't heard a word from anyone at the dealership about anything. read more

If i could give a negative 50 stars I would. I've had ongoing problems with Emich Kia's service center with the countless trips I have made with only my car in worse condition then it was prior to dropping it off. The lack of knowledge the mechanics have about their model of cars they sale is very concerning. Their less than honorable ways of running the business is extremely unprofessional and horrorfying and a far cry from having expert technicians as they claim to be. I made 13 trips to Emich since November and not one issue resolved, just getting my car bavk in worse condition and with scratches all over my car where I started taking pictures of every angle of my car before going there. They stole the freon from my car and then lied about my a/c "functioning as it should​", which I had to pay out of pocket $400 at Midas to get the freon relaced after Emich stole it. Three different times they said my car was fixed when it wasn't. Also know if they say your car is missing a certain part, that most likely they took it off your car and put it on somebody else's car. I would avoid them at all costs!! read more

Drove from Fort Collins because I had something in Denver I had to do. My sensor light was on, indicators low tire pressure. When I left FC I thought it might turn off, but it didn't and I got poor m/kwh so that I didn't have enough to power to get home. The service department did fill my tires. I asked if the had a charger, I was willing to pay. He said, "Yes, we have a charger but it's not for the general public". I said I didn't have nearly enough to get home and he pointed down Colorado Blvd and said, "King Soopers has chargers". He came out to look at my plug and saId, "Just go down that way to King Soopers." I had not used a charger other than the EVGo so when found I needed an adapter I went to Arapahoe Kia. Very nice service person. He charged my car...free. It seems charging a Kia that's not from their lot is just too much. read more

We recently purchased a 2025 Kia Telluride SX X-Line from Emich. Overall we love the car and the buying process went smooth, however, we felt (and continue to feel) pressure to rate the experience 10/10 which it wasn't. We had already done all of our research so we knew what we wanted but we also wanted to verify it. The salesman was knew so understandably it wasn't 10/10 experience. The sales manager continues to pressure us to rate 10/10 because they get dinged for anything less than that. We were also strongly encouraged not to fill out the survey unless we would rate 10/10. This is dishonest and not how I would want to do business. We also had damage to the vehicle that caused an issue with the alignment and took it in to Emich to be diagnosed. We were told the alignment wasn't covered under warranty because of exterior causes (possibly pothole). We agreed to the $200 alignment, however, they said while they per preparing to do the alignment additional problems were found totaling over $3,000. No alignment was ever performed. We decided to pick up the vehicle and found out they were still going to charge us for the wheel alignment $200 plus tax even though only a diagnostic was truly performed. Starting on May 30, we purchased a used 2021 Jeep Wrangler 4xe from Emich Kia. My family and I have purchased around 20 vehicles over the past 25 years, and I would place this experience toward the bottom when ranking that warm & fuzzy feeling you get. Communication was poor - there have been surprises every step of the way, starting with after we put down the non-refundable $2,500 deposit when we learned that there was only 1 key fob. I responded with "really?" and I expected them to replace the key fob at their cost. Instead, I get a tersely worded SMS from Ryan the general manager saying "It's a used car and the price is the price we agreed to with the equipment that it has. [Sales rep] never told you that it has 2 keys." I said fair enough and thanked them for being up front about the missing key fob. So then a couple of days later, they FedEx the paperwork with some sort of weekday-only shipping where the packages only move during weekdays. It was nice that they pre-paid for the return FedExing with the same M-F service. So I fill out the paperwork, get some page notarized and mail 2 checks for the remaining balance after the $2,500 deposit. It took about 3 or 4 days after the checks cleared our banks for their finance department to release the vehicle. We were out of town while this happened. I called for the 3rd or so time to check to see when the vehicle would be shipped to us, and I learned a few things, like: 1) the car was shipped earlier that day 2) there's a crack in the front windshield (which Emich Kia said they would pay to replace) and 3) they forgot to put the vehicle charging cable in the car before they hastily shipped it and that they would M-F FedEx it to us. Well then on June 17, we received the car and learned that they did not charge the battery. re-wash the car or fill the gas tank before they shipped it. These are not must-dos, and as the GM would say the price did not include washing, charging or filling the gas tank. Nor does the price we paid cover the missing wheel key. They did do some things right. For example, they originally quoted the cost for shipping from Denver to Houston at $750, but apparently Tom the sales manager got a lower rate of $650, which was the only pleasant surprise. I will say that Duston the sales rep and Tom his sales manager were pleasant to work with despite their lack of attention to detail. The dealership also provided an extensive Carfax report and good details of some pre-sale inspections & repairs they did. So all in all, it feels like the used car team at Emich Kia are disorganized and don't really value the customer experience nearly as much as the 15 or so other dealerships we've purchased vehicles from over the past 3 decades. But it sounds like it's not Tom or Duston's fault that their customers don't get that great feeling when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from Emich Kia. Rather, it's their management's desire to squeeze every dollar out of every deal is the reason is why customer satisfaction takes a back seat to their bottom line. So again, not a great experience and not as bad as it could have been. That said, I'll make sure to post updates if we find anything else that doesn't meet our expectations, including if they make some attempt to do anything extra not included in the price paid for the vehicle. *these concerns have already been bought to the attention of the dealership, so while the dealership might be "disappointed to hear that my experience was not a positive one," I don't need to reach out and give the dealership another "opportunity to address [my] concerns." After a terrible experience with another Kia dealership in Wheat Ridge, we visited Emich Kia to purchase a Kia Sportage. What a wonderful difference! We were greeted at the front desk by the very pleasant receptionist, connected immediately with Sean McAleer in sales and within about 10 minutes had identified a couple of vehicles of interest. Sean was very knowledgeable about the car and all the available options. His explanations helped us select the perfect Sportage for our needs. I really hate the negotiation portion of car buying, but this experience was quick and efficient. We felt like we ended up with a fair price, and while we were offered potential finance options we never felt pressured to move away from our firm plan to pay cash. The entire experience - including signing the paperwork - was pleasant, low pressure and professional. I can highly recommend this dealership and they certainly earned my business in the future when we're ready for our next vehicle! Kia should have their other dealerships look to Emich as a benchmark for a great car buying experience. read more

I dealt with Ryan, the sales manager about a Kia EV9. We agreed upon the price and the terms and he couldn't for some reason get it to go through so he said he was going to cancel our agreement. This is not something I would expect from a company that's been around for 50+ years I think that they should've kept their agreement what we had on our deal, but I would not suggest this company to anyone ever again read more

Terrible service experience . They tried to rip me off on the price of the parts . They tried to rip me off on the labor price . They tried to rip me off on the time of Labor . Did you know they charge $200 an hour for labor ? That's more than some lawyers even doctors ! I bought a brand new car there . 3 weeks later I set up an appointment to have a simple , very simple procedure the addition of splash guards . There's three screws to add splash guards to each wheel well . There's pre-drilled holes . It's literally 4 or 5 minutes for each splash guard . A junior high school kid could watch a YouTube video and do it in less than a half an hour. They were trying to charge me an hour and a half labor and at $200 an hour that's $300 labor . To put on four tiny little splash guards that are the size of your hand . A 20-minute job maybe 30 minutes tops . They kept bringing up the cost of shop supplies . Evidently they're renting me the screwdriver they used to put on the splash guards so in addition to the exorbitant labor charge they rent you the tools for their mechanics to put it on shop supplies WTF ! And then there's the parts . They were charging me $89 for the front 2 splash guards and $89 for the back 2 splash guards! So finish Leah I agreed to the whole deal they originally said it would be $300 for the whole thing labor and parts . After making an appointment which is another matter altogether you're not allowed to speak to a human there all this is done through text messaging you have to go on their website use their computer program and pick a certain appointment you're not allowed to speak to a human in service department . That being said when I got there somehow the $300 they quoted me had turned into $505 they were saying it would be an hour and a half labor charge at $200 an hour plus that could go up because of shop supplies again they're renting me of the screwdriver they used to put it on I guess I don't know . Of course I refused and I left kind of in a huff there were some words exchanged after buying a brand new car there you think they would want to take care of their new customer but they don't care one bit about your customer once they have your money or once they make the sale they do not care about you one bit that's a big front that they put on about oh how much they're going to take care of you when you buy a car they walk you over and show you the service department and the parts guy and offer you a Coke or some coffee and they make you feel like you know man we really are going to take care of you but what's the sale is done and the service begins it's horrible horrible service do not waste your time with emich KIA. I found the splash guards for $62 for the front and $62 for the back from Grand Kia a far cry from $89 for the front and $89 for the back from emich KIA, needless to say I felt really horrible when I left the dealership that day . The one thing that they know how to do at emich, is ruin your day and make you feel really crappy terrible experience never go there ! read more

Forget about all the good thing you hear about ev car, the tax credits offered. When you add all the expenses together, it's actually cost you more. Registration, insurance all are a lot more expensive than a car uses gaseline. Watch out for their trap. So low monthly payment looks like everyone can afford, once you sign the lease, they disappeared, i had to file complaints to get their respond. I wanted to try how ev works so got this lease offer but decided to move out of country and now they said i still need to pay 100% of remaining lease loan. Sucks a lease protect companies use it to make profit by taking advange of this type. Dont be fooled by their ev incentive and low monthly payment. Ask them and do more home work to find out the insurance and car registration. Not wise to lease a car for 2 years. If you really want to see what it feels to drive a ev, renting is a good idea. read more

I highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced here at this Dealership. I have owned my Kia since 2019 and out of all the Kia dealerships here in Colorado, this is by far the best one I have been too in terms of excellent customer service and care. My Service Advisor Matt was consistent with keeping me in the loop on my car updates with parts being received and provided a timely estimate on when to expect the car to be done. My car Technician Anthony provided a video going over all of my vehicle issues in detail which gives you a very clear understanding of what is going on with your car. They took great care of me especially when Matt was out of office, Katie and Jennifer in service stepped in to provide updates and help. The car I was interested in purchasing was everything I wanted. Price, condition, mileage--just right. One of the managers, Jude, worked diligently to secure a deal and he responded to my questions quickly. He even shaved a grand off the out-the-door price. I was nearly ready to close the deal as I sat in one of the associate's offices. All I had to do was go home and grab a piece of mail showing proof of residence. Then Brian Wheeler, one of the most aggressive men I've ever encountered, walked into the associate's office. Brian literally stared me down, did not break eye contact, grew increasingly aggressive and angry, and tried everything in his power to keep me in the room. This behavior came completely out of left field. One would have thought I'd insulted Brian's mother in a past life. When I told Brian that I needed to go home to grab proof of residence, Brian all-but called me a "liar," demanded that I close the deal then and there, and told me that I "better not try to negotiate the price anymore" if I leave. When I scoffed at Brian, Brian told me that the dealership had found "sap" and "hail damage" on my trade-in vehicle. This was false, and no one had *ever* mentioned these things to me before. When I got up to leave, Brian asked me to "make him a promise" that I would come back. He told me that he already made a promise to me--I have no idea what he meant by this--and my "promise" would need to be a $2,000.00 non-refundable down payment. I left. Brian Wheeler's behavior was inappropriate and erratic. He simply tried to strong-arm me into closing the deal. He is a bully who has no business in a sales manager role. I called this week to get details about doing a cash buyout with cashiers check from local bank For a cash buyout. Spoke to 2 sales managers, I believe, in finance. Tom was one. He and his coworker were very nice. BUT...Tom said on phone he will not do business with me because their policy is soft pull attempt. If they have issues with soft pull, as they've had in past, they will do a hard pull. My credit is never a problem. I don't want a hard pull as a cash buyer. They are refusing to do business with me. He said it's a dealership policy. They don't want cash paying customers obviously. I'm not financing. Unimpressed how they treat cash paying buyers. Vehicle is leased. It was absolutely the worst experience of my life leasing a car! I thought the days of the sleazy car salesmen were over but alas we found it again here. This dealership is deceitful, aggressive and legally problematic. Some of the many issues are: 1. The prices we were told were "underestimated" and we only figured out that the actual price was much greater after we signed a bunch of the paperwork. Included in this, we were told that the included charging amount would cover the entire length of the lease but instead, we will have to spend 1K plus additional whereas the Hyundai and VW EVs have unlimited free charging 2. The harassment and aggressive nature of the sales manager and general manager when we tried to resolve outstanding issues was abusive in nature and very aggressive/accusatory. I haven't seen such unacceptable behavior in years and both my partner and I have worked in the service industry for years. 3. They did not give back the license plates on the vehicle I traded in and after bringing up the issue I was gaslit and told that they did. I only found out about this bc while I was told the plates would be shipped back to the MVA, I only found out they were not when I was given a hefty 500 USD fine. Only after calling across the management did we find out they had the plates and just lied to us yet again to defer responsibility. While this is just the highlights the issues go on. If we could we would return the vehicle and wash our hands of this awful dealership. read more

I took my car there because I thought the alarm system in my car was damaged but it turned out that this vehicle did not have an alarm system and they said they don't install alarm systems, they only repair if there's one already there. So they performed the inspection and recommended where to go to get an alarm system installed, and paid for my Uber ride back and forth, all Free of charge. Absolutely terrible customer service. Won't ever go back to Emich either to purchase a car, service my Telluride nor purchase any parts. They ordered an overprice $30 paint pen to repair a tiny scratch on my car. At the time they ordered the white paint pen, they indicated that these pens only have a short life, say a couple of months. These pens which were sitting on a warehouse shelf after having been shipped some time ago from the factory did not work. Barely any paint flowed from the pen and the paint was watery and translucent insufficient to cover a one inch by 1/32" minor scratch. Should be no problem returning this defective product, a few days after I received it, you would think. Not at Emich Kia. The dealership Manager and I assume a family member, Colt Emich, arrogantly suggested it was not his responsibility that the pen did not work and that he was not going to absorb the cost of the defective product. He apparently did not feel compelled to return it to Kia. So if you have a $25-60,000 Kia, it would be a very big mistake to believe you will be happy with the quality of service at Emich Kia. I had a wonderful experience at Emich Kia! This was my first time car hunting/shopping on my own as an adult. Emich Kia was actually our first dealership of the day to check out cars and my friend and I both were pleasantly surprised with the respectfulness of our salesman, Duston. Not only was he friendly, relatable, and human, he was not pushy in the slightest bit which was very appealing. When I told Duston this was our first stop of the day, he did not try to sell me something right then and there, he was accepting of this, unlike many of the other dealerships and salesmen we encountered later that day. After a few other dealerships, I determined pretty quickly that the vehicle I had test driven at Kia was the one for me and returned that day to place the next incoming one on hold. This process was incredibly painless. I was told the car was expected to arrive in about three weeks and to my excitement, it arrived almost an entire week early! While the process of actually purchasing the vehicle was long (~3 hours, but to be expected), it was again, very pleasant and painless. I did not feel like I was being manipulated, taken advantage of, or being pushed into any deals or additional things I did not want. I would highly recommend Emich Kia and cannot speak highly enough of Duston. read more

I went into Emich Kia to lease a new car since my 2016 Discovery was not the most gas efficient option and I was hoping to lease an SUV with some better MPG. I went to a few car dealerships the weekend prior and did not have luck in finding someone willing to find the car I was looking for (Kia Seltos) within my budget and with all the specific features I was looking for. Thankfully, Tony at Emich was able to turn my experience around and find me the car I was looking for without the stress. Tony is super friendly and relatable which made for a very easy transaction. Gave us a number for our trade sight unseen except for very good pictures. When we wanted to think about it and decided to pull the next day all of sudden they needed to see trade. Never said that the night before. So we drive it down there and keep in mind it's a very nice Tesla 3 long range. Low mileage. Wow. Actually was very insulting towards me. We ended up at Corwin Toyota. Same car. Same mileage. Got more for the trade than the Kia dealer started at. Kia came in at 27500. Toyota gave us 29500. And their Tesla was 2k less. Summary: Emich Kia ignores my messages during the buying process. They never updated any info unless I contacted them. The driver's leather seat was damaged (tear). There was also a side door, bumper damage, and permanent damage to the license plate bracket holder . A salesperson, Amber, told me that she will take care of 5" leather damage but it was a lie. This 2022 car also does not have many basic (but very important) accessories and I only got 1 key. In addition, Even though I purchased a $62K vehicle, it is unwashed and it came with a near empty gas tank. They charged me D&H fee even though they did nothing. I even have to register the vehicle myself. I normally do not write reviews but I want to share my nightmare experience with Emich Kia. This is the worst deal I ever had in my whole life. I regret that I purchased a car from this dealership. In my opinion, you should not buy anything from this dealership even a mug. No dealership should treat customers like this. I purchased a used 2022 Mercedes GLE from this dealership. I did not do much negotiation hoping they might do the smooth transaction if I go easy on them. I WAS WRONG. The OTD price is about $62,000 and I put $45,000 down (72.5% of the full payment) and financed the rest of the payment. I am an out of state buyer. The salesperson who helped me was Amber. Here are my problems: 1) Updating Issues - The Buying process was very horrible. This dealership never contacts you and lets you know what is going on. Even after $45K (Over 70%) down payment, your salesperson or their manager will not let you know the status of your purchase unless you contact them first. I had to contact them multiple times (Text/email/Phone) to get the shipper information. My salesperson contacted me 30 minutes before my vehicle arrived at home. YES. 30 MINUTES!! She never contacted me even though I asked her 2 days earlier to notify me when a transporter picked up the vehicle. I HAD TO contact her to find out that information. If I did not call her, she probably did not tell me until it arrived at home. It is so sad that she gets the commission from this sale by working like this. 2) Contacting Issues - Emich Kia simply does not contact you. It takes 2 hours to 4 days to receive a text message from them. I called 4-7 times but no one answered my phone call. I sent many emails and text messages but only their finance manager replied to me back. This was after I made a $45,000 down payment. 3) Car Damage - I have a copy of their inspection report and their transporter's inspection report. No report ever mentioned that there is a leather damage. There was a huge leather damage / tear (about 5 inches) in the driver's seat. Amber lied to me that my local Mercedes dealership will fix this damage for free with a warranty. She also told me that I do not have to make an appointment. However, my local Mercedes dealer has no idea about the free leather repair. I kept 100% of our conversations in the form of email or text messages. Now she does not respond to my calls or text messages. In addition, there were other damages on the side and the rear parts of the vehicle. 4) Weird Charge - Why did they charge me D&H fee? Emich did not clean my vehicle. I have to register my own vehicle. However, they charged me a prep fee without working. 5) Missing Accessories - There was no mention of 1 key in the web ad. I only got 1 key (I just lost $300). In order to add one more key I have to spend about $300. Also, Mercedes special wheel bolts ($100-$150) are missing. You must have them when you replace the tire. 6) Empty Gas Tank - I purchased a $62K vehicle, Emich Kia sent me a vehicle with a near empty gas tank. 7) Missing Temporary License Plate and Documents - Emich Kia never does anything right. Their finance manager told me that he sent 2 temporary license plates but I only received one plate and I did not receive other necessary documents. 8) Unwashed Vehicle - They did not even bother to wash my vehicle. It was very dirty not because of the transportation. They simply did not wash the vehicle. Buyer's guide paper was still taped on the window. Why did they charge me the vehicle prep fee? They did not do anything. 9) Broken License Plate Bracket - A worn out bolt was stuck on the right side of the license plate bracket holder. They covered it with an Emich Kia paper. As a result, the license plate is dangled on the left side of the bracket because you can only install one side. I cannot take out worn out bolt. They did not even bother to fix it. I didn't lease my SORENTO from Emich Kia but it is very close to my house so I chose to take my car there for two recalls. I made an appointment on line which was very easy. I was taken on time and greeted by Jennifer who was super friendly and got me checked in promptly. I was called in the middle of the afternoon by Matt Clouse who is the service advisor telling me that everything was done and I could get my car. He even offered an urber if I didn't have a ride! Terrible service. They weren't knowledgeable enough of their own product line to know the hitch for a 2022 Telluride would not fit on a 2023 model. Wasted half a day dropping off/picking up a car they couldn't do the work on. When the proper hitch did come in, the most they were willing to compensate me for my inconvenience was a discount on a future oil change. An oil change that I get for free at the dealership where we bought the car (Fort Collins Kia). We drove an hour to by the car in Fort Collins because Emich wouldn't budge on a $3,000 Market Adjustment fee (that they add on the sale price as an "additional warranty package"). Fort Collins Kia sold us the car for MSRP. Emich Kia is straight up greedy. You can find cheaper cars and cheaper service elsewhere. Don't waste your time and money here. read more

I'm always kinda skeptical about these places that's why I choose the dealership for car maintenance but I now have problems trusting even them. Today I Brought my car in for an appointment at 3pm to have my tires rotated I let Matt know I also had a nail in one of the tires. I waited about an hour and a half before leaving. I was charged $111 for an oil change and the tires rotated receipts below. I confirmed that the tires were rotated before leaving as that's what I cared most about. But to my surprise when I got home I find the nail in the same tire it was in before. I knew the tires hadn't been returned so I took the car back to the dealership after trying to call and not being able to get a real person on the phone it's was 430 at this point. When I get to the dealership I let them know the car still has the nail in the same tire so I know the tires haven't been rotated they apologized obviously but they're solution wasn't to fix it and offer something else to have me return letting me know it was an honest mistake. Instead they offered a refund as their techs had left for the day I reminded them it wasn't even 4:45 yet and their website says till 6. Reluctantly they took my car back after threatening a review and me not really accepting that all their techs just left. I just worry what they might do to it if I ever return to this service department. Thought sharing my experience may help others in making a a better decision on car service places. read more

This is a terrible place with bad customer service. I have given them approximately $25,000 business in the past 18 months. My Sportage was broken into (again). I took it to Emich Dealership for repairs. They dealt with my insurance. I sent them (Jennifer G - service department customer service) a text message informing her that this was a 100% insurance claim and I would only approve what the insurance approves. I get a call from her after they had repaired the car stating that their hourly rate is $200 and insurance only approved $189/hr and they required I pay the difference out of pocket. Obviously, I refused. Her rude response was shocking. I asked if the car was ready for pick up. Her response was, yes. I arrived at the dealership to pick the car up and was informed it could not be released to me as they had not received insurance payment. Another expense to get back home, not to mention the wasted time. Again, Jennifer was rude and totally unprofessional. I returned a few days later and paid the $3,321.77 out of pocket so I could get my car back (its easier for me to deal directly with my insurance). They replaced the driver door key cylinder. I got 2 keys with the cylinder but they failed to have the FOB programmed to the new cylinder lock. I also got my car back with 21PSI on one of the tires. A pretty messy experience. I WILL DEFINITELY NEVER GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP BUSINESS AGAIN. In my opinion they are incompetent. read more

I am very disappointed in Emich Automotive. I bought a 2015 Infiniti from them in 2022. After having the car for about six months I locked it from the key fob and then heard it start. Only for it to start running really rough and then eventually not start at all. I had it towed to my local Infiniti dealership only to find out that a remote start had been added to the vehicle before I bought it. I have an extended warranty and when I went to make the claim they said that it wasn't covered because it was pre existing. I informed them that I didn't add it. There is also a signed inspection report from Emich stating that the vehicle passed inspection. The vehicle shouldn't have passed inspection because it was visually patched up. I even spoke to the owner of Emich and he then wouldn't talk to me after saying he would try to help. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! I will never recommend buying from this dealership! read more
