Good people, no problems at all…read more We were able to wander about unpestered at our leisure, they certainly do have a wide choice. Once we had seen a car that matched our requirement we asked for a test drive and were handed the keys without any fuss. They ask you to stay within the trading estate which makes it a little hard to assess the ride at 70mph, but that apart, it was fine Then a chance to talk, no attempt to hard sell or dissuade us when we said we wanted to go away and check others. Luckily the car we had chosen (lovely white Megane Coupe) was still there the next weekend, and we did the deal with the minimum of fuss after a little negotiation. Picked it up later that week, serviced and MOT'd (The latter I am not that convinced was particularly thorough, the headlight alignment was all over the place - but it's still valid). I haven't had a chance to test the three month warranty, and am hoping we won't have to. Also, as we bought cash I can't comment on their part-exchanges. Personally I try and avoid part-ex anyway. Not a bad word to say about the place, we'd certainly return

They are usually quite happy to let you take them out for a test drive. I found it a bit disappointing that some of the cars on display were not prepared properly - after all they are trying to sell them! Trade-in prices for your old motor tend to be low but then the new cars are very reasonable. The salesmen sometimes reinforce the typical image of their trade

Anything that could go wrong went wrong as we found out to our cost within just a month. From the steering to the brakes to the gearbox to suspension to the exhaust. Of course the warning signs were there which we foolishly chose to ignore such as when the AA man we arranged couldn't road test because the tyres were illegal! We then had to reschedule for an additional fee of 60 pnds which the AA said we could knock off the asking price! (thanks a lot AA - jerks) dont know why we bothered really wit the AA report it didn't pick up any of the problems that showed up later. Clearly the dealer did a great job masking them. The air con wasn't working but they had the bare faced cheek to insist that it had been fixed because it was working when they delivered. Turns out the condensor had a socking big hole in it! Beware the conning double act who worked on myself and my wife - had us completely sucked in. Of course we did follow up our concerns and we were offered promises left right and centre to make good the mess but needless to say we are still waiting. AVOID like the plague!!

After that we agreed that we'd meet up at Perth (with reduced fee) to complete the deal. First time I ventured down I got a text saying the driver couldn't make it. Second time I was told the driver had the wrong day (only because I phoned them to check before heading out!). Third time Barrie delivered it himself but kept on wanting me to go further down to meet him. About an hour before the meet he called to say he was turning back due to family illness! Then he phoned back and said we might as well go ahead as he was only a few miles away!! Personally I think this was a tactic to justify his not wanting to hang around at the meeting place. When we met he had forgotten the owners manual and service history. He said he'd post them on. Over the next few weeks I kept phoning to remind him. Eventually he said he'd posted them, but they still didn't turn up. He said he'd put them in post with a first class stamp! Brilliant... Said if they didn't turn up he'd reimburse me for replacements so I got a quote for them and spoke to him. He refused to reimburse me saying it was too dear. £66. Car was fine except had 4000 miles on it more than advertised and some scuffs that weren't mentioned in the advertising. Communications from him were virtually non-existent after I'd agreed to the deal and sent the money to their account. Countless times I was told he'd phone me back, and on each occasion he never did. If I needed to discuss something (even urgent things like would my car be delivered today?) I had to phone him. I'm not sure if he's a conman or just incredibly incompetent in his relations with customers. Maybe both? Probably the most stressful transaction I've ever made so far. Avoid like the plague. They offer a multitude of services and always try for the personal approach. Everyones is very friendly and all have an attitude that they want to help you. If you are waiting tea, coffee, and hot chocolate are served all which come with an Audi logo sprinkled ontop which is a nice touch. Service is speedy, and good courtesy cars are always available. A very quality service is given and even difficult requests are generally dealt with well. Kings Lynn Audi is certainly the best main dealer I have been to by far!

Although it didn't pass forst time (meh, it's 18 years old, what're the chances?) they re-tested after I'd fixed the problem and, despite telling me I'd have to pay extra, I wasn't charged a re-test fee. Audi were the third MOT place I'd tried since moving to the area, the first two being proper coyboys; overcharging and thinking all women are thick when it comes to cars (luckily, I'm not, but God knows how many women they've done out of money for doing nothing!), so it was nice to get it done somewhere that was clean ('cause you get to wait in the showroom and oggle the new cars, oh yeah!) and where there was coffee on tap! Overall, a great service form a well respected brand leader. Will not be looking for another MOT provider next year!

I saw they had a very nice BMW 850i ex demo car for sale at £77,988 and called into the garage to have a look, when the salesman eventually found the keys I had a look around it and really liked it. However going for a test drive was proving equally difficult as finding the keys and being under a bit of time pressure i asked the salesman to have a look at my car and work out a price against the 850i. My car is a NOV17 reg BMW 740E plug in hybrid full M spec in perfect condition with only 7500 Miles on the clock. The salesman emailed me later that day offering me only £27,000 as a trade in value. WEBUYANYCAR.COM had earlier in the week offered me £27.250 for the car and i provided Listers with the quote as proof. So the moral of the story is that the normal last place you go to sell your car, WEBUYANYCAR.COM will give you a higher value for your BMW than Listers BMW Kings Lynn.

This is what persuaded me to buy my first BMW. When I changed it the garage had been sold to Listers. Initially they were nowhere near as good, often leaving you to wait for ages. I test drove a car and said I really liked it - the salesman said he didn't have time and would call me back later. he never did and I could not believe that they were that uniterested (bought the next one elsewhere). Just lately it seems to have improved a lot. I get my car washed every week for free, the service personell are courteous and the BMW special feeling has come back.
