I agree that Sorenson's were great, bought a 320Ci from them, they knew what customer service meant.
So I went back in 2009 and had a 520d M Sport from Lister's but their customer service has been poor. During 2012 they twice misdiagnosed the need to change my timing chain, firstly replacing the alternator drive belt tensioner, secondly alternator drive belt. I eventually had the proper job done by Cooper BMW in Norwich just inside the warranty period which fixed the problem. I then had the GM and Business Development Manager out to see me at work to apologise, and they made a special effort to collect my car when servicing was required and so on.
Recently I expressed interest in an X5 and went and saw Sean who looked at my car for trade in and said he'd get back to me. A week passed, I rang and left a message. Another week went by, rang and left another message, still no call back. Sorry guys but I have just bought a brand new A6 from Norwich Audi.
Clearly Lister's have so many new car sales they can't get back to everyone! (Still no call back by the way.) read more
