After my purchase, I stripped a screw trying to fasten on a water bottle holder. Other local shops near me couldn't help me get it off. I made the drive back out, for Scott to look at the stripped screws as well as adjust slips in the gear shifting. He had both done within 30 minutes. Would highly recommend.

Still bought the bike, informed owner, a lackluster apology... I'm pretty sure the gentleman helping me was a relative. - sold wife a brand new bike that was too tall. I said you're the experts so size them up and make sure it all works. Fail. - recumbent trike had issues from day 1, it was floor model for over year but they still said it was "new" but no warranty. I said directly I need this to ride with my family and I'm ok if it doesn't have a warranty but you'll honor service until it works right? They said yes. Three trips back and still makes noise I find unacceptable. Owners final response was "if you wanted a nice bike you shouldn't have bought a cheap one (~$800) To be fair their mechanic was super nice. They attempted to make it right but ultimately their margins were more important than my satisfaction. No more ski rental here and word of mouth will remain pour. It seems weird as their clientele seem like serious bikers and cater to local families. I really want to support local but not at the expense of my and families happiness for something that should be fun. Appreciate you want to run a business but I'm going to refer people to a different company named after parts of a bike (involves sprockets and wheels). I don't think I've written a poor review but after multiple attempts with what I believe was very reasonable and accommodating expectation. My bike now sits on the shelf as I try to sell it as I found service elsewhere. Your mileage may vary.

Unfortunately the need was urgent for us to have it done. I took it in and there was hesitation on whether it could be done at all and if so, if the brake would fit over the fender. After expressing my urgency and the why behind getting this done, I was told to leave it there and I would get a call by the end of the day. I was expecting the call to tell me whether or not it could be done but when the call came in, it was to tell me the installation was completed. I went to get the bike and discovered that they were indeed able to not only get the hand brake on but did not have to remove the rear fender. Then bike shows up in box looks to be not opened then while opening notice bike has no oakley grips. ( little did I know VERY EXPENSIVE). Not a big deal went to my local shop picked up a set of cheap grips to get by. Talked to a bunch of employees to try and just have the grips shipped for back up before doing research and finding out there worth like 300$. Called and talked to the owner Mike he told me grips were nothing special and he'll send me a pair that cost around 25$. He knew rite off the bat they were way more and tryed to get one over on me. Talked to another employee a week later when I found out the actual price of the grips he informed me bike parts in the past from SB tend to come up "not in the package". Meaning someone in the store likes to take there pick of certain things (mine came with no grips he told me another came with no pedals). At this point I'm pissed rite. Mike says we can't do nothing until SB sends replacement parts. I contact sb direct they say no problem have the store open a case well send them out. I talk to Mike he snuffs me for like 3 months then says he can't deal with it transfers my issue to a guy name John and he'll reach out. 6 months later 1300$ bike no grips no emails to resolve and a bunch of lies back to back. His own employees talk about he's shady and parts come missing BUYER BEWARE.
