He had all the parts available in store. I thought I would it would be ready in a week or so. Steven told me it would be ready in 30 mins to a hour if I wanted to wait. So I walked around beautiful river west and I get a text in 30 minutes that my bike was ready. He opened the door as I left and told me he had fixed the crooked wheel and a fender on my bike as well. The ride is less that 2 days away. Not only did they take a look, they literally overhauled my hub, trued my wheels, greased my chain, adjusted the derailleur, adjusted the brakes, adjusted the headset, tightened the cranks, cleaned the bike and contacted me to pick it up within less than 4 hours. They also advised me regarding riding with studded tires on concrete, as I had no experience. I addressed this with the manager who simply made excuses for the behavior and said that it's not a store for kids and safety is a concern, but customer service is not.
