They were to big and I decided I couldn't afford them. I took them back to the store. Staff said I waited to long to return them, 60 days is what they give the customer to return stuff. I explained that I live 22 miles away and therefore don't get to their part of town very often. I explained that making a separate trip just to return the shoes was not in my budget, most of the reason why I couldn't afford them anyway!! Staff said I was 10 days (TEN DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!) to late & all they would do for me was an in store credit. They sent me to an auto parts store that does not offer the seal. Had no interest in helping but was happily willing to sell me a new $700 pump instead of helping me locate a $10 seal. Thanks a lot. The concept is simple, You take your recent, decent clothes up for exchange, They take what they want and give you 1/2 the cost they'd sell the clothes for in store credit, so that you can shop there. It's a FANTASTIC thing. Now you don't have to do that, you can just buy the things out right.
