Absolutely appalling. 1. They have out of stock items listed as in stock on their website 2. They dont respond to emails when asked why your item hasnt arrived 10 days after purchase 3. Only when you escalate the purchase to paypal does the shop even begin to do anything 4. I was asked if they still wanted my product to be shipped in which obviously I did but I was at work so couldnt respond during business hours so now I need to wait for whenever the next time is they recheck the paypal dispute.
