The location is tucked away and a little difficult to find at first. When I walked through the doors, Brian greeted me, and I was the only one waiting for lab tests. Been in the waiting room since 7am. It's strange how our reviews do not influence necessary changes in the service area. Feels like a government contract that hires workers at the lowest wage possible and continues to add little to no value to the business or the employee's advancement. So, we become stuck and complacent. I'm sure someone will read this review and think of ways to make this a better place to visit, but until we hold the owners of this business accountable, there will be no change. There will also be no change if the workers who show up are not informed about the experience of each person who enters their office. Advocates come on all levels. Making a difference matters when there is a check with your name involved. Or is it that no one cares anymore? This is a relatively new satellite office for Grady Hospital. It's located off Lee Street in the…read moreWest End. Honestly I never knew this plaza was in this neighborhood. Once you turn into the parking lot turn left and look to the right. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a hello and a pleasant smile. There were 3 staff members there waiting to assist customers. They also have security at the door. The attendant asked if i had an appointment. I advised I had two appointments that day. She checked me in for the first one and advised me she would check me in for the second one after the first visit was completed. She did just that. I didn't have to remind her because she found me in the waiting area. The waiting area has plenty of comfortable seating and to my surprise there was phone charging stations. There is also a pharmacy towards the back of the lobby. I had an awesome experience with Dr Schenkel and Dr Redmond. They both have excellent bedside manner and were attentive when listening to me and my needs. They were thorough in their care. Grady has done so much for putting this outpatient office in this community and the new South Fulton facility coming soon in Union City. Give these folks a try. They will take good care of your needs.

As a repeat customer, my experience was that the new Prenuvo procedures recently implemented have downgraded the experience quite a bit. As an example, asking for the use of one extra protective cotton MRi burn sleeve was denied, with the claim that the facility is only issued enough for 2 per scan, and that laundry delivery is just once a day. It made me wonder if the company is perhaps having such budget problems that they are rationing the use of the little cotton sleeves, allowing no extra. The vibe certainly didn't match the luxury of the pre & post scan experiences (lovely little waiting rooms, pre-scan metal check, delicious healthy snacks), which are still exceptional.

Cute scrubs and booties to wear. I did the full body MRI. It wasn't as bad as I thought. I didn't feel claustrophobic and they put on a Netflix show of your choosing. The technician is very helpful and has a calming voice that helps throughout the process and loud noises. Excellent care is taken for patients and they have options for patients with claustrophobia or fear of confined spaces and loud noise.
