I had to call twice to make-sure that someone would still pick me up, first at 8:00 a.m. and then at 8:10. I even left them my number the night before just in case they wouldn't get to me on time. The van that picked me up was filthy too! There were tools all over the trunk space. Inside the cab itself next to the driver's seat, there was so much paper scattered on the floor. If I didn't ask for an explanation, the driver wouldn't even have stated the reason for his tardiness.

I miscalculated and while the driver did attempt to message me several times with all the noise at the airport I didn't see the message. Upon finally making it to the pick up point, no taxi. I called Blue Line and the dispatcher remembered my name and once I explained he patched me through to our driver. He was very pleasant and arrived to pick us up. I cannot thank Blueline enough for the courteous and friendly service there and back.

Driver informed me that he would be at my home shortly. Half an hour later I called him back to see where he was. HE WOULD NOT ANSWER HIS PHONE. Well I didn't order cleaning services so even had they called and I seen it I wouldn't of answered a number I don't know. Maybe if this company was more legit they'd have their business attached to their number. I was told I would get no money back and was told I was lucky to get that or I could have gotten nothing and could drive myself!! I have never been more furious at the disgusting customer service. I was told by the driver the owner was in Florida and would contact me and most likely do something for me but that never happened either. When we were returning from our trip, we called the company for a pick-up from the airport back to Airdrie. We advised the driver what airline we were using and the time of our arrival. The driver kept in constant communication with us (by text) to get updated arrival information. When we landed, the driver was exactly where he said he would be and right on time. The service was excellent! The driver was friendly, very polite, and went above and beyond (with the handling of our luggage). The cab itself was very clean.
