They have not been compliant with my services. They do not return my calls within the time frame they promise. Majority of the time they don't even callback. I understand they are short staffed, but because our mental health can't wait until there is staff available, I suggest trying: Family Services of El Paso Project Vida Crisis line (988) Center Against Sexual and Family Violence or contact me and we will look for resources together because I need it too. Don't give up on your mental health. Talk to supervisors, compliance officers, blow up their answering machines in each department, leave reviews like this one, but no matter what you gotta do to fight for your mental health, don't give up! read more

I'm not sure why this organization is still operating. My daughter called feeling overwhelmed. Come to find out, the service representative changed her story to make it seem that she was homicidal/suicidal. They sent a car over to her home and forced her into their car. They took her to El Paso Psychiatric Hospital. The staff there is going by the false and misleading narrative supplied by EHN. We have filed a formal complaint. Consumer Beware! read more

This facility is staffed with several unprofessional employees. The in-take process is misleading and non of the procedures outlined were facilitated in any form or fashion. Deductible payments and overcharges seem to be a big issue with this facility. Patients are being withdrawn from the program after making large payments without any warning or care of the person receiving counseling. The accounting department seems to not have the correct information regarding balance dues leading to accusations and allegations about your payment history. I am very saddened by the experience I had with the facility; only to be told that a certificate cannot be given because of your refusal, basically because of a communication error between the staff and patient. Before your staff gets frustrated with patients you are counseling take out time, just like you teach your patients before releasing someone without notice. After attending all the classes and putting in effort to complete them (shy one day) you choose to release someone without handing out a certificate.... is not right and uncaring. Please fix your facility in how they handle business with future patients. read more

This was the worst encounter possible. First the information I received was not the truth they say and promise things to just get clients it's all a money scam. They recommended that I take this therapy later to say that they do not provide the type of therapy Necessary to help me get over and work through traumatic experiences in my life and with what I was dealing with or struggling currently. but in the end take everything that I discussed and everything that I said that I had gone through I mentioned several traumatic experiences that it happened they said that they would be able to help me it was all a lie then with my diagnosis when asked I brought in from other doctors they denied or even act as it was acknowledged or that they were aware of it up to two days of my discharge date.I made it all the way to two days before my discharge date they asked me did I want to discharge and that I would be able to advocate for myself in not wanting to go up on my medication and since I was refusing to go up on medication there was no longer any test that needed to be done but because of not increasing my meds they made it seem as I had an option never once explained if I discharged I wouldn't get completion Never ever ever giving me that information so after giving me the option to deny it right after I did say "ok ima refuse the meds "I was given paper saying incompletion and leaving against medical advise (they didn't give me completion tho all the hard work and so much Improvement) Even tho i had approval to be off the following day (Thursday) and next day Friday (three hours) last day and they did not give me a completion they're very unprofessional they are rude they just say what is needed to get the money It is extremely unprofessional and there is a particular therapist (Jackie) who always wears extremely short dresses and does not cross her legs so the guys are constantly communicating and talking about being able to see up her dress which is extremely unprofessional you should know if you're before a class that you should wear something more appropriate another therapist (victoria) that just transferred dressed as she was a stripper very unprofessional attire is displayed at this establishment . Then even tho they praised us for being able to exchange numbers and be there for each other as a support system they then immediately changed and turned on some people and stated that nobody in the class was allowed to speak to anybody that was no longer in therapy tho we went through it together and they themselves said was a great idea and agreed it was a great support system they are now demanding the remaining patients to loose Contact with the others. Warning Go anywhere But here they do not tell you in detail add a little minor stuff they charge you per day you are absent if you cannot make it three days in a row even though it can be an emergency I had surgery they immediately try to kick you out of the program they never once explained all this to me by the office lady (also named Jackie ) I was waiting on her 45 in the office to get checked in she was off God knows where I was left sitting there with goldfish and apple juice in tears nervously waiting . So please if you can go anywhere go anywhere this is the worst place you can go. read more
