For instance, I found some "Melissa & Doug" toys and ended up buying one for an upcoming birthday present. It was a rug with a race track laid out on it and it came with four race cars. We have two family members currently into gnomes and this shop had a lot of variety in the gnome department. One we purchased was a girl gnome because it had pigtails. I had not seen that before. There is a back addition to the business that requires a few steps down. There I found wind chimes and some other larger items that took up too much room to be included in the smaller rooms at the front. I like that the furniture is locally crafted in Brown County and that local woods are used. And they even delivered my furniture up to Zionsville. Today, I stopped in the showroom to see what was new. I fell in love with the hickory rockers and matching pieces. Not only is the furniture beautiful, it's solid and well made. They also have a line of outdoor furniture that is so comfortable that I didn't want to get out. The clerks are friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are in line with what I see from imported options. If you want quality (artisan) made, solid wood furniture, and shop local, I highly recommend Peter Grant's.
