I think the quality of product and the willingness of the employees to present and bring out different options is incredible. I never get the feeling from the bud tenders that they are too rushed or don't want to help. I usually don't get a lot at once but the times that I have they were super helpful. The location from my experience has always been quick to get you in and out too. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get into the main room. Not sure if this is my luck or day that I go in. My one complaint is that they have a reward program but unless you use the app (specifically the app, I had a problem with using the website and it almost resulted in me losing my points. Won't get into that here though. It was a problem and got resolved a few months ago) you have no way of knowing about your points. The budtenders will never discuss points with you unless you ask. So you won't get any deals used unless you tell them that you want to use a deal. It would be nice if they told you when you had a deal ready to use. For sure try this place out. You can also go get some healthy snacks from Natural Grocer afterwards!

Like I said, I don't go in there often, but I see the same employees with months going by between visits. So the comment about the staff not being happy wouldn't make sense if they have had a lot of the staff stay on board over the years I've been shopping there. Unless they leave while I am not smoking and come back when I go in to pick up a product.

My first trip into FBB was great, I had my eye on the rosin but I was low on funds so I just got some bottom tier flower, garlic breath, it was fantastic! I went back when I could afford the rosin. Fresh extracts only had one strain available in single grams, purple cake, so I picked one up. It tastes like the fumes that come off of melting silicone. Completely disgusting. I took 2 hits and it got me ripped but if that was my only end goal I could have just scraped the resin out of my pipe. I can't even touch this stuff, all the anticipation compounded my disappointment. I still can't stop thinking about how great their top shelf flower smelled tho! Great flower, amazing bud tenders (I mean it), just don't get the purple cake unless you like smoking plastic. Edit: I don't know what the deal was with that purple cake stuff. They have a great selection of strains, my favorite being their Super Lemon Haze. The only drawback of The Farm is the prices. Their prices are some of the highest I've seen in the Boulder area, but I don't think the quality necessarily justifies the high costs. I typically go to Hash House for my flower because they always have organically grown flower for $100 an oz of small buds. Amazing prices and flower, whereas The Farm has above average weed but at a much higher than average cost. You won't go wrong shopping here, customer service is good, quality of products is great, and the vibe of the store is wavy, but you could get better bang for your buck at Hash House in my opinion.
