They forced a change of plans that the bride originally wanted by texting her constantly ON THE DAY OF THE WEDDING!!! When the bride (my sister) expressed that she would like to be able to make the decision, she was met with argumentative responses saying that they were going to go ahead and move all of the decor inside since it would be raining for sure the next day - keep in mind that at this point it was a 30% chance of rain happening, so this was very premature. Karan was constantly texting her all day trying to force my sister's hand in the decision and because of this, she could not fully enjoy herself the first day of the wedding. He continued to lie about timings that their staff needed to complete set up by and they did not even take down and remove the decor from day 1... the wedding guests helped to take all that down. Ultimately, Karan ended up saying that he would not be coming the next day for decorations at 2AM the night before.... This left my sister without a decorator for her second day with less than 12 hours notice!!! Luckily the DJ from day one came through with a last minute decor vendor (Dharma Events) that was able to take the original design and produce a mandap that was even better than the bride could ever imagine at almost half the cost of the original designs. I would highly recommend going with them instead of having to deal with this unruly and unprofessional vendor.

He's not pushy and truly listens to the bride. Raj made my vision come to life and stroke a perfect balance between traditional red Hindu colors for the ceremony and vibrant jewel-toned magenta and purple for the reception. The indoor mandap looked spectacular with fresh flowers in full bloom lining the top and silk curtains intricately draped. Raj was very flexible and accommodating with setting up the mandap indoors and outdoors. My ceremony was scheduled to be in the garden at Talamore Country Club, and he patiently let us make the call the day of. As the rain started trickling down, the mandap was promptly set-up inside. The large gold Ganpathi statue and small elephants added a nice touch to the mandap and worth the extra cost. The centerpieces and flower arrangements during the reception were beautiful and artistically arranged. They were a fraction of the cost compared to the local wedding florists. All the flowers were fresh with warm pink and purple hues that blended well together. The sweet heart table and chairs were quite nice with a stunning bouquet of flowers. Raj also brought extra pedals for the cake topper. What impressed me the most was Raj's humble attitude and patience. When my mom thought she lost my wedding ring, Raj and his crew did an exhaustive search and looked through all the sheets and decorations. (Again not Carla) Thanks to my maid of honor coming through with an amazing recommendation, I was given Carlas's number after feeling defeated and upset with my previous DOC not supporting me or showing up for me when necessary. After 2 hour conversation with myself and my mom, I immediately felt at ease with Carla. My concerns were validated as "No way should a timeline be started 1 week before event". With many tears had during our initial conversation, that night I slept the best I had in all my wedding planning with Carla coming to my rescue and the rest is history. Details Made Simple is just that, Details Made Simple. From hiring (DMS) that August evening to my wedding on October 7, 2023, I was in The best hands Possible!!! We wasted thousands of dollars hiring Stacy. At first she was attentive towards my daughter, but as time went by she lost interest. The one time we really needed help with her dress, and she didn't return my call. In fact as the MOB she never acknowledged me the day of the wedding except when I asked to move the cards to a safer spot at reception in which she gave me an attitude. Don't expect her to be at the venue the morning of when the bride shows up or stay until the end. She shows up later to take a picture of rings etc with some fake flowers. ( not my daughters). Also, don't bother using the paper company next door. Little black dress. Hugh rip off. I sat at a table next to the owner, who never looked at me never mind acknowledge the person filling her bank account. Bottom line my daughter could have done all the planning herself. Brian e-mailed us back and told us the date of our wedding was no longer available. When we called Brian to clarify the situation, he had no recollection of the phone call despite the e-mail confirmations we had of the appointment.
