Brady is a truly talented and caring professional who provided superior therapy and supported me through a very challenging time. Beyond his expert guidance during my recovery, his kind and encouraging demeanor was incredibly refreshing. I have an extensive history with physical therapy due to major medical events--including a coma, a broken pelvis, three knee surgeries, and three shoulder surgeries--so I know what great care looks like. Brady truly knows his craft inside and out. I cannot express my gratitude enough to this team and highly recommend their home healthcare services. Thank you!!

Charlee has been the one taking care of me and I'm so very thankful, she's very caring, listens to what I have to say and always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable, she lets me know exactly what she's doing step by step and I'm thankful for that, she doesn't just rush through to get done and on to her next patient. I know that I'm not her only patient, but she makes me feel like I am. I would recommend CenterWell to anyone for their home health needs.

I've had a few failed surgeries in the past, and my therapists were very understanding that I was committed to making sure this one was a success. This is by no means the closest rehab facility to my house, but I go back to TherapyOne because of the results.

The common response was that our only option was the ER. Patti, on the other hand, called us back on her day off and saw us within 24 hours. She looked after our girl and treated us like a neighbor even though we were 14 hours away from home. She was awesome and I can not recommend her enough for anyone needing to see a non-emergency medical provider in the Port St Joe area.

We had been to the emergency room and told to follow up with a neurologist. The person who picked up the phone would not stop talking over me. To the point of wondering if I was in some sort of AI simulation. Over and over again telling me a referral had to be in her computer to a. Answer my questions, b. Make an appointment (we have a ppo that does not require referrals) and wouldn't tell me where to get one. The ER writing follow up with a neurologist seemed like that would be referring us to neurology. Talked to the ER today and they said they could get me a copy of the records to take to them but had no idea how to get a referral into their computer. The insurance company gave me the same thing VA had: a list of practices. The practice calls them to verify coverage not the other way around. Did she mean authorization? I'll never know. She would not stop talking over me to ask. I can't let anyone I know who needs neurology go into that den of madness. And my misunderstanding of the process I can accept. Not having the skills at the receptionist desk for a call to walk someone through the process in a doctor's office is really not acceptable. They are the interface with the doctors & system. Unfortunately the only other practices in town were 3-4 months out. We have to drive to Tallahassee to be seen. Infuriating.

This includes the inability for her to take care of herself at home. Amy was nothing but kind, supportive, listened and promptly had her cleared for admissions to her facilty. Upon being admitted the nursing staff took great care of her from checking in on her, issuing meds, assisting her when she needed to get up, consistently take her vitals, listening to what she needed, and treated her like family. When questions came up beyond what the nurses could answer top administrative staff personally met with me, listened and resolved any concerns. They also welcomed any further contact or questions. Based on the medications consistently being provided and care my mother was given she recovered, was able to walk well on her own and was coherent enough to go home. Although it was a short stay compared to most my mother wouldn't have been able to make it at home and would have been right back at the hospital. This was prevented by Emerald Shores stepping in for the treatment and care she received.
