Their headquarters was looking into it. Was advised safelite made a mistake 3 times and they would coach the agents. No offer for a discount or paid glass. Only a "nothing I can do" from Devonte at home office. DO NOT do business with Safelite and for sure the safelite in Pensacola. Horrible business and horrible customer service. Will file a complaint with BBB as well. I will do all I can to spread the word about this very bad business.
