I looked online for a local repair company and was thrilled that Express Auto Glass had the option for a used glass replacement which included complete installation at my home and clean up from the removal of the window safe that was damaged by a lawn mowing incident. On a recent trip a rock or some other road debris was kicked up from a passing vehicle and put a significant chip in my windshield. I immediately filed a claim on line with my (Farmers) insurance company and they quickly approved a claim for windshield repair or replacement (if necessary.) I checked Yelp and compared reviews. My insurance company sent a fax to Precision Auto Glass ... and today, Jeff, from PAG called to ask if I could bring my vehicle in. I agreed, drove to the location, (actually drove by it first time. It's kind of hidden in plain view) and was in and out in about 40 minutes. FYI. The waiting room has only four seat seats, so it is small but comfortable. Signed on the dotted line... No cash exchanged because my insurance covered the repair. Couldn't ask for better service. I highly recommend them.
