I inquired about the price of cleaning my items, and was given a breakdown. Not the cheapest in town, but I have learned that in most things you get what you pay for, so I brought in my items. 4 jackets and 3 slacks came to 30 bucks, but they'll be done next day (Saturday), so I can't really complain. All in all, the interaction was quick and easy with no frills like some places. They also have a drive through, and the lot isn't that hard to get into if you know how to pull a "u-ee". I'll update this review once I get my items back, but it will most likely stay the same or maybe they'll earn that 5th star, who knows. --Update-- So I picked up the items today and have zero complaints. Everything was clean, intact, and well presented. No missing buttons, weird creases, or missing items. 5 star experience, if you ask me. I will patronize this place again.

I tried to pick it up on the 4the day as I was told. I waited for 10mins because she could not find my dress. After 10mins of waiting, I started describing the dress and what needs to get done. She finally remembered and said she forgot to do it. She asked me to come back the next day. So, today, I picked up the dress. And she charged me $25. I did not try the dress on because they do not have a proper fitting room. When I initially dropped off my dress, i I had to change in a tiny room behind a lady that's sewing! When i got home and tried the dress on, it's exactly the same as how I left it. No alteration has been done! She could have called me and told me that the dress is not done instead of pretending that it is and charge me. Don't go to this place. Very unreliable, disorganized and a cheat!

You also can't split between quarters and online payment... learned that the hard way when we had to pay 23 dollars for a single load of laundry . Wrote the review mainly to let anyone know that you should pay EITHER with cash or with the online payment.

I brought my daughter with me and she was loving the little play area in the back. I had a few hours worth of a lot of laundry and it was so easy to get everything done with all the large washing machines and even larger dryers. The washing machines and dryers were very quick and efficient. I spent very little to dry my clothes. I had Apple Pay and Patrick cashed out my Apple with bills so I could use the change machine onsite. He had lots of detergent cups to make holding the coins easier. Then he showed me how to use the washers and the dryers. He also helped me estimate the amount of cash needed to use them. He was a life saver! I highly recommend this laundromat. There was seating with a few tables, a tv, change machine, ability to get cash while using Apple Pay, play area for kids, toy/candy machines that take quarters, lots of baskets with wheels and a two large areas to fold and organize clean clothes. I will definitely be going back. Thank you so much!

I started my clothes at 8:52pm. I waited promptly for my close to finish because I saw that the closing time was 10pm and I wanted to make sure I was out before closing. My clothes finished washing 21 mins after start time around 9:13pm. Unfortunately, my clothes didn't get fully dry until 9:55pm so I bagged everything up without folding of course and as I was leaving around 10:05pm, I turned around to thank the laundry clerk guy because he was standing next to me impatiently waiting for me to finish. He didn't say anything at all. I know he heard me because we were the only two people there and he was standing close enough for me to reach out and touch him without moving. He then proceeding to clean the dryer that I had just used and as I was bringing the basket back to the door, he meets me and says, " next time try to leave here before 10pm". As if I can control the time it takes to dry my clothes. However, I didn't make matters any worse, I just said "okay and you don't have to worry about that because I won't be returning". I really didn't mean to take that long but again, I was not in control of the amount of time it took to dry my clothes. Some of my stuff was still not dry but I left anyway. I work late and I needed clean work clothes. If you give someone an hour to wash and dry clothes, then you kind of run the risk of not leaving at 10pm.
