I was introduced to Dr. Young during a terrible episode of back pain and I've had nothing but success. It's a clinic that cares about it's patients and the level of care and knowledge I received was second to none. I'd also like to say that Karen is by far the best massage therapist I've ever had. There are so many lingering effects of COVID long after the virus has wreaked havoc on your system (for me, it's 4 months later!), and I've had help with many of the fallout effects from the kind folks here, who really know their stuff. I give special thanks for the superior skills of Khoi (acupuncture), Kimberley (osteopathy), and Valeria (therapeutic massage). Are you as committed to wellness as I am? Then, please do get yourself here for a treatment if something ails you. They are extremely professional and careful to follow COVID recommendations, requiring everyone to wear a mask (no mask, no entry!), wash your hands upon arrival and travel through the building in one direction only. I feel safe here, while I'm being cared for, and you will, too. Here's to health! F**K COVID.

When I called the clinic and spoke to Janice again, my concerns were not taken seriously and there was no willingness to review or correct what appeared to be an administrative error and refused to remove the charges. When I asked to speak with a manager or owner to discuss the matter further, Janice told me that I have to pay $150 if I want to talk to the owner. She even wanted more money from me! So I followed up with a formal email of complaint and to my surprise, Janice even charged me twice! Mistakes can happen in any business, and I understand that. What matters is how those mistakes are addressed. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability, communication, and customer service in this situation left me very very disappointed.
