Three years ago, I got my friend a zip up embroidered on the front, back, and arms with his fraternity letters, etc. Still three years later it looks the exact same. (Yes, he wears it often) For graduation I got my dad a t-shirt designed to wear at my graduation. I got it with ironed on letters and a year later the letters still dont' have a wear or tear in them. It's AMAZING the work they do. Not to mention that the staff is so sweet, kind, and warm hearted. If you ever have a question they are really good at telling you what they have seen done to t-shirts and what would work well with the fabric. This is nice because they really now their materials and what will look best on it. I really value their opinion! They have a sign that will tell you when things will be finished by if you place your order that day which is nice because they really do stick to their deadlines. If they finish early they'll actually call you to tell you that it's been finished. Overall, this place is truly a gem to Macomb. Not only do they provide good customer service, but they give you a quality product. So I say if you want to save a bundle, but look like you spent a bundle then this is your place. I'm giving them a neutral rating because we left the highway to find this place and learned that the hours published on the website do not match the hours posted on a piece of paper in the window. So I have finally learned that it is best to call ahead (for this place, or any quilt shop, for that matter) to be sure the place will really be open when they say it will be. But hey, we ended up visiting Lincoln's Tomb in Oak Ridge Cemetery, so the diversion was not a total waste of time.

The owner Lenny will bend over backwards to accommodate people with reprints, or redesigns even when they are in the wrong. However, some people come in there just for a free design service with no idea of what they want, all they know is whatever you come up with, won't be what they had in mind and get all bent out of shape with you not reading their minds! Or they come in with some crappy image they found on line about 10k in size and want a banner made out of it. Perhaps some of the customers would be better served by looking on Youtube or something to see what goes on in the design process instead of bitching about wanting a six color process and wanting to pay for one.
