I've struggled with depression, mental health, and self worth for most of my life. Jennifer has taught me a number of great techniques to help with this and I greatly appreciate it. As I mentioned mental health is difficult to talk about for many reasons. Fear of judgement, being stereotyped, and fear of being a burden being the main reasons for me. None of that is an issue with Jennifer. So far I have had 4 sessions with her and look forward to a long term patient/counselor relationship with her.
