Instead of resolving the double charge, they accused me of fraud and ended the call. I've since filed a police report regarding the issue. I strongly advise others to use caution before ordering, as I was not given a refund or proper assistance. Unfortunetly this owner is a fraudster, be aware! INSTEAD OF CHARGING ME BACK OR REPLYING VIA EMAIL AS HE CLAIMS, THEY CHARGED MY CARD AGAIN! BE AWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS MY BANK HAD TO BLOCK THEIR PAYMENTS, AS THEY CONTINUALLY TRY TO CHARGE YOU FOR AN ORDER THEY DENY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Their stock is potent and at a bit higher price than the usual vitamin store, probably because of their strength. These supplements are definitely meant for people that are more serious about lifting and fitness, but it doesn't exclude beginners. With products with names like 'Meth Lab', you know its going to help push you to your limits. Customer service here is great. If you come in whenever the enthusiastic owner Troy is there, he'll help explain certain products to you and answer any questions you have. Troy guarantees he's used almost all of his products so he knows the ins and outs of it all. He also has history as a lifter and it shows. With this knowledge he's willing to help with workout plans and meal plans as well. Last of all, this is a local business, and its always good to see our own Wisconsin residents succeeding. I'll be back for more after I run out of protein powder, for sure.

Pretty ironic that a health store does not make their employees wear masks during a mask mandate!! In addition to that the service was TERRIBLE. When I approached the counter, they all had their backs to me and one guy said to the rest "hey man, look someone's here you should actually do your job". I like this store just because it's bigger than the rest and I love the community that it is in since it's right next to a college District I probably shouldn't have came here while they were doing inventory just because product is boxes were all over the store being put away by staff. They had everything that I would expect to find from the other Willy establishments. Staff and guests here were very friendly and it was easy to shop around and find my groceries. Now, I've never been here during their breakfast hours but I was shocked to learn that they had vegan empanada to go and the hot food section. Prices here are fair on all products though it does pay if you shop here frequently and you are an owner so you pay better prices. Some of the self checkout lines were out of service. Overall, it is a great place to visit and it boasts plenty of parking so that shouldn't be an issue. Easy access to the streets as well as the highway nearby
