Everyone is so kind, and the whole salon is beautiful. I believe that the integrity of a business is shown when issues arise. I got a gel x manicure and within a few days the gel polish was lifting. I came back and they quickly repaired it. Then a few days later the same thing happened again, I called to see if they could help and they told me to come in to get it fixed. Andy immediately made it right, and found that the issue was actually with the polish we were using. He found an almost identical color and fixed me up quickly. He then watched as not long after, two cars entered the line, one at the window, Yet those two vehicles apparently weren't threatened with police action. My FIL eventually joined the line after it had reopened. My FIL normally wears his Air Force veteran cap, so the only conclusions I can draw are that this Walgreens either (1) hates senior citizen veterans, or (2) is staffed by complete idiots, which certainly would be on-brand for Walgreens. I called because I had an order in limbo AGAIN. This literally happens every month. The gentleman who picked up went over my prescriptions by name and all without verifying who I was. When I asked a question that required him to go into the system he finally verified me. I'm guessing that's because the system won't let them in without answers to the verification questions. The thing is, I didn't need to know anything about my prescriptions other than where they were. He didn't listen to what I initially asked which led to the HIPPA issues. When he finally listened we were able to find the delivery order was just like I said it was but nobody in the pharmacy had processed it. Again this happens every single month. I only go to Walgreens because my benefit plan switched from Kroger to Walgreens. It has been an absolute disaster. The people I've encountered in the pharmacy have been rude in some cases, liars in some cases and inept in all cases. They need to clean house and start over. I'm going to switch to a different location that's out of my way to see if it's this location or a systemic issue within Walgreens. And the App is absolute trash. Worst app in their industry by far.

I know things get extremely busy for this store due to the heavy populous of residents, but they move efficiently and are always precise filling requests from my primary physician and//or doctor's clincs. The staff is always friendly and professional, and I think some people don't understand the thousands of requests, drive-thru customers and calls they receive which is a bit insensitive, so I'd like to just sing their praises for the excellent job I witness them doing for our area.
