If you are in the market for an apartment and are looking in the Franklin/Cool Springs/Brentwood area, your search should end here. This place is unbelievable. Seriously, resort style living.
Let's talk about location.....its a prime spot. 20ish minutes from downtown Nashville, a couple minutes from 65, walking distance to The Cool Springs Mall, and the list goes on. It's just a really convenient place to live, and everything you could possibly need is around you.
This place is basically like a hotel. It was a huge parking garage so you don't get soaked walking to your car when it rains (relevant right now while I'm writing this review) and in the winter your car won't get disgustingly cold. Also there are gates that close and you use a clicker to get in. So it's super safe at night and you can only get into the building if you have the faab.
The hallways have AC in them and are well lit and the amenities are out of this world. They have this spectacular pool with a splash pad, cabanas and water rockers. And it's never busy! The gym is really nice and has all the equipment you need to have a good workout. There are two courtyards, one has the pool, grills, fireplace. And the other one has cornhole, a huge bed swing, a grill, and another fire pit. There are so many places to hang out with friends and entertain, or chill with your neighbors. They also have a little coffee area with a Frothy Monkey coffee machine that has not only regular coffee, but all types of mochas and lattes!
The units themselves are brand new, and they have a variety of styles depending on what you like. They have super modern styles with gray cabinets and white floors, or something a little more homey with dark wood floors. It's nice because their different style options accommodate what different people want.
They have stainless steel appliances, sleek modern floors/cabinets, washer and dryer in unit, the list goes on. I've had very few issues since I moved in. And if I ever do have an issue, maintenance takes care of it ASAP. All the staff here is superb. You always hear about places that have horrible management teams, and that's not the case at Emblem. The team is so nice and they all work well together and go above and beyond to get to know their residents.
The community itself is super social. They hold social events that people go to. Just the other day we had a pool party and a happy hour at Brewhouse. I love being about to actually know my neighbors and hang out by the pool, etc.
I couldn't recommend this place enough! When deciding on an apartment I looked at all the newer properties in the area, and the only thing that came close to being as good as Emblem was Tapestry. But even them, Emblem had them beat by a landslide.
If you're looking for a new community to live in, do yourself a favor and come tour this place. You'll love it! read more
