I…read morebrought it back still FULL, and they were able to test it themselves and confirm that it didn't work at all. I got absolutely nothing out of it. Apparently, though, their policy is that defective products can only be exchanged within 7 days. I bought FOUR carts at once. I smoke regularly, but obviously I'm not going through 4 carts in 7 days.. I wasn't asking for a refund or anything extra, I simply wanted the defective cart exchanged for a working one. Considering they could physically see it was still full AND verify that it didn't work, refusing to replace it was really disappointing. I've spent plenty of money here, but this experience definitely makes me reconsider coming back.

And I've purchased and have had delivery from many, many dispensaries all over Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, West L.A., San Francisco Bay Area, basically all over the Great State of California. BudBees nailed down what customer service really is. They went above and beyond. I felt like me and my order was important to this amazing dispensary. They cared about getting it right and they absolutely got it right, right from the gun! I really want to thank BudBees, BudBees management and the incredible driver I was lucky enough to be set up with. Absolutely top-notch customer service all the way around. My order arrived even earlier than I've experience, especially lately. I'm really unable to find any reason to complain about *anything* - really impressive and you now have an old hippy as one of your newest, reliable clients. I feel grateful and honored to have found this amazing company. Oh! Did I mention the great FTO and that their prices are low too. I hope y'all give this dispensary a try, I know you'll be please. Thank you again!

I have generally had a very positive experience at this dispensary and have been a customer at…read moreleast 100 times. Unfortunately, my experience today was extremely disappointing. I purchased a cartridge that was not working properly. When I brought the issue to the manager (dark-skinned woman with curly hair wearing a green/multicolored shirt), she took approximately 15 minutes to "test" the product. In my previous experiences, this process has typically taken around five minutes. She eventually took me outside and demonstrated that the cartridge worked with her specific battery. However, when I got home, I tested the cartridge with three different compatible batteries/pens, and it did not work with any of them. The only battery it appeared to work with was the specific brand/model she used, which strongly suggests that the issue was a hardware compatibility problem rather than the cartridge functioning properly. Despite this, I was not offered a refund or an exchange for another cartridge. I understand that there may be policies regarding defective products, but I feel the situation could have been handled much more reasonably, especially given my history as a frequent customer. I have always enjoyed coming here, which is why this experience was particularly frustrating. Unfortunately, being unable to resolve what appears to be a defective product has made me seriously consider taking my business elsewhere. I hope management will review how situations like this are handled so that other loyal customers do not have a similar experience.
