But they are HORRIBLE to their customers. Because they have a monopoly in Winston-Salem, they think they can add all sorts of additonal charges to their fees. They charged $588 "labor fee" PLUS an additional $200 "delivery fee" PLUS damages fees you never get back (even if the rentals are returned unbroken). That was for an event with around 100 place settings needed. The caterers were the ones who actually did the bulk of the "labor" at the venue- not the Party Reflections crew, yet Party Relfetions charged that huge labor fee. Michelle was terrible to work with. She charged a $294 "late fee" when we had submitted an order 6 weeks early but she neglected to process it for 4 weeks and only then said some of the dishes were unavailable. Interestingly, we also worked with the Party Reflections in Greensboro for an associated event and they did not charge any of those additional fees. That order was placed 10 days before the event. They did not charge "labor", "delivery" (to same venue) or "late fee". The rental items themselves were priced comparably between the two companies, so we could tell that the Greensboro location had not "absorbed" those fees anywhere else in the invoice. It was clear that the Winston-Salem Party Reflections and Michelle are taking advantage of their customers. I do NOT recommend them.

This is not a value furniture place in the sense on price, this is a quality furniture place where you get what you pay for. Dropped $5k on a dining room table with 8 chairs - picked from floor so I didn't have to wait 6 months from the awesome Canadian manufacturer they use - but it was tempting to pick my own colors and materials. Furniture quality is above Ethan Allan but cheaper - quality is way above Ashley Furniture stuff ( which is fine but doesn't hold up over time). This business is honest in every way, transparent and easy to buy from. Dhona my sales person has been there for 30 years and was just wonderful. This place is full of knowledgeable people running a business together. I wouldn't hesitate to send someone here to buy furniture.
