The only reason I even gave them one star is because the dishes, linens, silverware, and glassware…read moreare all of a nice quality and threy have a good selection to choose from. But they are HORRIBLE to their customers. Because they have a monopoly in Winston-Salem, they think they can add all sorts of additonal charges to their fees. They charged $588 "labor fee" PLUS an additional $200 "delivery fee" PLUS damages fees you never get back (even if the rentals are returned unbroken). That was for an event with around 100 place settings needed. The caterers were the ones who actually did the bulk of the "labor" at the venue- not the Party Reflections crew, yet Party Relfetions charged that huge labor fee. Michelle was terrible to work with. She charged a $294 "late fee" when we had submitted an order 6 weeks early but she neglected to process it for 4 weeks and only then said some of the dishes were unavailable. Interestingly, we also worked with the Party Reflections in Greensboro for an associated event and they did not charge any of those additional fees. That order was placed 10 days before the event. They did not charge "labor", "delivery" (to same venue) or "late fee". The rental items themselves were priced comparably between the two companies, so we could tell that the Greensboro location had not "absorbed" those fees anywhere else in the invoice. It was clear that the Winston-Salem Party Reflections and Michelle are taking advantage of their customers. I do NOT recommend them.

I think the phone number for this place is the owners cell phone,so I thought I had called the wrong place at first. I told him what I wanted and he checked availability, sent me the deposit request and agreement through email. Super easy. He called the day before to confirm. Came at 9am to set up, and did everything himself. He was very nice and was done within 15-20min. He came a little after 5 and tore down and loaded everything himself. He made it very easy and was so very nice. I will absolutely rent from him again, and recomend his company.

After continuing to call and follow up myself finally someone was sent to measure for a tent. Never heard back again... kept calling and saying we didn't have a contract and hadn't heard from anyone. The tent manager on the phone (again after we called him!) then said they didn't have the tent FOUR DAYS BEFORE OUR EVENT! The tent manager Tim was extremely rude and zero apologies when we asked why they couldn't just let us know so we could make other arrangements. Instead tried to blame me that we waited till the last minute to book so it's our fault. 2 months prior is not last minute. SAVE YOUR EVENT AND DO NOT USE THEM. If I could give negative stars I would.

I told them I wouldn't be finished with it so they charged me an extra $50 to keep the tent overnight. There was a terrible rainstorm and the support for the roof of the tent broke. The tent started to leak. I immediately took pictures and sent them to Maya and she never responded. We moved all the people and the tables into my garage and shortly there after the tent collapsed. I spoke with Maya the next morning when she came to pick up the tent and she told me she didn't see my response until 9:30 PM. I had sent it probably around six. She told me she had never tested the tent in a rain storm and she didn't know it wouldn't hold up. I told her I was unsatisfied and very upset the tent collapsed and could have injured my guests. She finally agreed to give me back $75 which was half the cost of the actual tent rental. The price I paid her included delivery, set up, the overnight fee, as well as the cost of the tent (over $500) In my opinion, the tent was never set up properly, because if the roof was pitched properly, the support should not have bent and the rain should've just rolled off the top of the tent. Maya took no responsibility for the fact that the tent failed, was not set up properly and my guests could have been hurt. She just provided one excuse after another.
