I'm only giving two stars because the people who work for them work HARD and there are some excellent employees. But talk about the right hand not talking to the left--this is more like the sphincter not talking to the bladder--and what a mess that makes. Hauser Rental apparently has two divisions--the tent and the rental supply--and they might as well be on different continents speaking different languages and competing against each other. In fact, it is possible that the tent division was created to make Hauser look bad, fail and even get one star ratings. Our experience was confusing, frustrating and almost unreal. The people in these two divisions simply don't talk to each other, coordinate or seem to care if they get it right--so the number of mistakes was almost incalculable. Worse was the attitude, the dishonesty / coverup and lack of caring.
In defense, they have adequate supplies for events. They will deliver and pick up sometime within a several day time frame of what you want and as mentioned above, they have some truly exceptional people. The folks who dropped off and retrieved our rentals were excellent, worked hard, and Hauser is fortunate to have them.
Our biggest surprise was the complete lack of coordination, communication and careful thoughtfulness between the two divisions--are they run by the Hatfields and McCoys? It was like the tent division didn't give a Flying F--- and the rental division was just an innocent bystander that didn't want to get involved.
So, renter, beware. You might want to try a competitor. read more
