This was an overall good hotel. The inside was actually clean which was nice. The beds in the hotel room were actually decently comfortable and had good blankets that kept me warm. I was impressed by how many options of foods they had for breakfast. They had a chef that would cook omelets for you. The service here was great! All of the employees were very nice and helpful. There were two downsides to this place though: number 1: parking was very limited. There was only one parking garage with very small and tight spots. Number two: the bathroom doors were weird. They were slide doors that couldn't lock and there were cracks on the side of them making it super easy to see into the bathroom. I am solely basing this review on my first impression based on presentation, cleanliness, and decor.* I walked around the first floor of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Boulder and was amazed at the beautiful, mid-century modern decor. The hotel is very clean and organized, they have a large cafe with coffee, fresh fruit, tv, and ample seating. I love the large windows that let the sun in! They also have interesting art on display. This place looks, smells and feels brand new. Immaculate hallways, dining room, rooms, bathrooms, lobby, garage. Everything is maintained, polished and scrubbed. Impressive. The room was comfortable, quiet and inviting. Convenient location near a lot of Boulder attractions. This hotel has underground parking and the elevator goes from there up to the guest rooms. Check in was fast and effortless. She was great. The room (our only issue with our stay) could've been cleaner. Housekeeping didnt clean off tables which were dirty. The mattress was dirty. We noticed it while sitting on the couch in the room. There was chocolate or something smeared underneath the mattress edge. It was pretty disgusting. The carpet needs to be shampooed, it was pretty nasty. Bathroom was thankfully clean and nice. Housekeeping did a great job with that. Breakfast was great! Happy hour was great! Both were the best parts of our stay. We made sure to tip the bartender well. She was great. The breakfast staff was also great. They cared about their service and we appreciated it. Unprofessional front desk staff worst customer service ever experienced. Uncooperative, unhelpful and nasty attitude. Nick should not be in any customer facing role, his lack of skill interacting with hotel guests is a joke. Any other hotel front desk personnel in his position would be pleasant, helpful, efficient and friendly. We stayed at this location for the weekend as we attended a conference in the local area. We arrived after 11pm and told the front desk person we were hungry, and asked where can we get something to eat seeing their bar and grill was closed. He said, nothing really is open at this hour. We took his word for it being we are not locals and went to bed hungry. The next day as we left the hotel to go to our conference, literally 1/2 block away, we see a 24/7 IHOP restaurant. Enough said. Let's go back to check in. We go to our room and immediately upon entering there are 4 light switches. None worked. We call the front desk and they reassigned us to another room. We get there and two of the four switches do not work. At this point being after 11pm, both tired and hungry, we decided to just settle. The room itself is blah, but hey it's not a 5-star hotel. However, the water pressure was low in both the sink and shower. The room carpet in the corner by the bed looked neglected (yes, it was dirty). Finally, the phone in the room didn't have any power cord so didn't work. I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk. Now the final stab in the back was the price we paid for the room. As I said, it's not a 5-star hotel but I was charged over $500 each night for Friday and Saturday! Yes, I did not misprint the amount. This is Boulder Colorado, not Las Vegas, or Chicago, or New York. I feel robbed and would never stay here again. read more

So we had one room with two queen beds and one room for TV, staging gear, suitcases etc. We were in Boulder for just a couple of days, so we wanted something somewhat Central. We ended up driving to places more than we expected, but it didn't put a damper on the visit. The hotel itself was clean, modern with color and comfortable. We appreciated the parking garage that we could freely come in and out of. We also loved the pool area at the end of an active day - it was definitely busy and a favorite gathering spot for families. read more

I am a Diamond Member and stay at quite a few hotels for work. This trip was for leisure with my wife. The staff was awesome and were super helpful in getting us an upgraded Mountain View room. We received our welcome gift which was nice as some hotels have not picked up this Diamond level service post Covid. The room was clean albeit a bit smaller than the Embassy rooms I have stayed in before. It was more of studio setup than a suite. The hotel is right in town with plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. The hotel shares a parking garage with Hilton Garden. The garage has plenty of parking despite sharing with another hotel. The garage has in/out privileges as well. We did not use the bar or restaurant but did enjoy the breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was good and the staff did a great job stocking and getting out the food. Overall great hotel, nice rooms, good food and great staff. This hotel is the most fun, comfortable hotel. The rooms are a smidge crowded, but they are very clean, stylish, new-feeling, and comfy. The bed was extremely comfortable. In the morning, go get your free breakfast. Most hotel breakfasts are sad. Breakfast here is quite tasty and easily valued at $25. At 5:30-7:30 pm, head downstairs for your complimentary cocktails, wine, and snacks. I was surprised by the high quality snacks that they put out. There was an elegantly placed assortment of veggies, fruit, crackers, and chips. Check in with Daniel, the bartender, for tips on places to visit on your trip. Not only does he make a mean cocktail, his description of local hot spots rivals the guide books! Only complaint: our keys often failed at the garage. So we'd have to call and then visit the front desk (a building away), a few different times, to get into the garage. read more

Great stay here and great location in Boulder. Happy Hour is a nice perk. It was super busy Friday and the man that took care of me, Zach, was fielding a lot of demanding people at once. He did such a great job at balancing the demanding people and staying so friendly, helpful, and professional all at the same time. He had a fun sense of humor and was very helpful to me as I had several extra needs to take care of. My room was clean and nice. The location was fantastic to be able to walk to everything. Super new, super nice hotel in Boulder! Very modern and has very nice amenities. Stayed here 3 nights on a recent trip and it was a very nice experience! The hotel open d recently so everything is brand spanking new. The rooms are very spacious. Bed is comfortable, the blanket is very thick so it does get really hot at night. The gym is equipped with new machines and has everything I needed to workout. The pool is heated but outdoor. Breakfast is complimentary every morning and the best part is they have a omelette bar made to order which is awesome. Do expect a wait due to the popularity. In the evening, they have a complimentary open bar happy hour in the lounge area by the fireplace, house wines and beer are all free with a few cocktail options as well. There's a bit of healthy snacks on a small table to go with your drink. Plenty of chairs to sit by the bar or fireplace. Parking can be valet or self, it is an extra charge per day to use either service. Overall a very pleasant stay. read more

The hotel is very modern very classy, very clean all around, rooms are trendy and spacious, very cool deck pool, underground parking. I think the best part of our stay was the breakfast, made to order Omelettes with lots of options for filling plus everything else, eggs, bacon, sausage, Pastry's, breads, fruit and cereals. Stayed here for a night on our way home after a long day of driving. The facility and room were clean and comfortable. Beds were especially comfortable and shower had great water pressure. Only complaint about the room was the shower didn't have anti grip on the ground and there was nothing to grab onto if you slipped; a bit dangerous. We were tired after a long day of driving and opted for room service. Not a lot of options, but we settled on a chicken Caesar salad and pepperoni pizza. The smallest the pizza came in was 14", which was too large; recommend they offer personal sizes. The Caesar salad's chicken was cooked well but the lettuce was limp, making much of it inedible. Expensive dinner to have half of it go in the trash. Breakfast buffet provides a good selection that expands on the typical free breakfasts in hotels. They also offer non-dairy creamer options, which is a plus. Recommend that they improve their tea selection and provide better quality brands, like Smith tea. read more

We got a room that was reasonably priced with two queen beds and balcony, it also had a small living room with kitchenette. Staff were very friendly and the buffet breakfast was excellent. One of my best Hilton experiences ever and I've had a lot. As an Honors guy, I try to stay at Hilton's as much as possible and I almost always appreciate the consistent experiences I have. At this hotel, however, they really upped the ante. First of all, I loved the location, the vibe and the decor. It's trendy modern without being silly and the vast wall of glass overlooking Boulder and the nearby mountains was very nice. It's also a short drive to Pearl St. and the rest of central Boulder. The room was well appointed (King Suite with work station and separate seating area) and comfortable, as was the terrific bed. Really appreciated the oversized shower and copious water pressure. The icing on this nice piece of cake was the terrific personal attention I received from the staff before, during and after my stay. I received text messages before check in making sure I didn't have any needs or questions beforehand. I let them know that my wife would be checking in before me and they made sure she was warmly welcomed. They continued to check in with me throughout my stay just to be sure I was having a great experience. I felt truly valued and cared for. Additionally, the front desk team was friendly and accommodating. Overall, I had an A++ experience here and I've had many less satisfying experiences at hotels that cost a lot more. It's not cheap staying in Boulder but at this Embassy Suites, you'll at least feel good about the value and experience. read more

I payed close to $300 and my room was dirty. Found hair in bed etc. When I notified the front desk, I was told that they would take care of it. When I came back to the room later, nothing was done to the room. When I left the next morning, my 19 niece forgot her $150 ear phones. I called them to ask them if they were found in the room, to my disbelief I was told nothing was found. They were left in the room I know that for sure. The housekeeping staff I know found them and kept them for Themselves. Yes they did discount my room, but it ended costing me more money because I had to buy her a new Set. Apparently, management cannot hire individuals that will not steal your items if they are left in the room. Stay away from this place. read more

Kitchen closes so early that I thought the point of a hotel was able to order a little something late night since I'm working Insane hours- but a las, no room menu so who knows what you can get! 6. This hotel is fine, if you consider it camping; bring your own toilet paper, cups, towels, pillows, etc. We stayed 5 nights and no one ever entered our room to clean or replenish anything. We were provided one sliver of soap for the sink and pump dispensers for shampoo and body wash, BUT NO WASH CLOTHES! 2 towels only. We paid extra for Mountain View, so this wasn't cheap. Next time I'll try the Marriott across the street. All these glowing reviews are really for the breakfast and cocktail hour (which is at 5pm!). Americans are easily wooed by food, remember your room price is based on breakfast, it is not FREE. read more

The pool is excellent as well, but a little goofy to get to, as well as being surprised​ that they did not build a hot tub​ to go with it. Zero stars. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Pure SASS on top of multiple inconveniences. Keys did not work and were required for entry AND exit to elevators and pool area, leaving us stranded outside in swimsuits unable to re-enter the hotel. We had to request new keys be printed 3x and the attitude from the front desk was very much IDGAF. The WiFi also did not work which is ridiculous considering it is 2020 and the whole world is working remotely. One can get WiFi on a plane, at McDonald's, at a gas station even but not at the Embassy Suites in Boulder. Save your money and DO NOT stay here. read more
