They were very friendly and showed us some samples at the store. Later that afternoon, Mike Knautz came to our home and we were able to discuss choices with him. Once we made a decision, Knautz's promptly sent us an estimate. We sent in a payment and everything was installed very quickly. The work was professionally done and there were no cost overruns.
