I was so upset this happened and they ou let me knoe at the end of the day. the bcba accidentally added me to an email that she asked the boss (owner wife) what she should say to me before I saw my child's injury. you would have thought they would have reached out to apologize or address my concern. they didn't even respond or care. .my bill was always in the thousands, double billed etc. I was even advised by the owner to get the insurance he likes with a insurancr broker he knows after paying him a fee of 85.00. the professional thing would have been to just tell me the name of the anthem plan so I can buy it for free under the marketplace but no you pay him a referral fee to help you get a plan he likes that they can charge unlimited aba of which your child may not need. they always request more hours than needed as the charge nearly 1600 a DAY. there is no education they are doing that is special. he will even dissuade you from putting your cild in school so he can make over 150k a year from your insurance. he is a sales man and couldn't care less about the progress of your child. get your child in home aba. they generalize it better as being in a center is slower progress if ANY. then put them in prek. my child is not only talking at nearly age level but also potty trained in less than 3months of leaving that place. watch your tab!!! they will bill EVERYTHING. they wanted me to pay 15 for a bookbag the said broke a clear cheap bookbag..when I asked how does a bookbag break and and refused they were upset. For 1:1 care my child being injured was terrible. her eye was red. I can post a picture. also SPEECH was a joke.. they were playing YouTube through ever session i attended and had the nervr to bill 245 for a session for 30 minutes. typical places charge 90. OT was 350 a session! this place bilks money. m

I provided every paper work needed and I contacted them every so often to check on my status in hopes to have my son with an ongoing schedule, but nothing! There was always some kind of excuse for my files to not be looked at by the billing department. Mind you, my insurance covered it all and I did everything right on my part. It was a serious headache. From getting all of the paper work the owner was asking for to the communication of him. I had to look somewhere else and I'm so glad I did because the following week, I received services. Until this day, many many weeks later, the owner hasn't reached out to me. How pathetic of a place.

She has helped me be very informed of my children's growth, any areas of improvement, and there to help me make a plan for any items we are having issues with. More recently since the pandemic, I haven't found that her care approach has changed but her fees and policies have changed for sure. Some reviews mention finding another office and I don't feel like there is a need to change that but just be mindful about a few things; Depending on who's confirming billing - you may or may not be aware of any balances beforehand. Some call some don't. I will say the three stars are for the front desk check in receptionist. I'm not sure what her issue is but she is constantly being "combative" about payments, and scheduling. Like every single time I find myself confirming or having "homework" with the insurance company. Like if I say something she always has to go and confirm as if I'm lying about my treatment or appointments because she doesn't see it in the system. And she literally called me one time because my son hadn't been seen since last April and asked was he still a patient. Her tone and comments are unnecessary and don't prove to be the loving environment Dr. Madjhuri represents. She also never apologizes. Just then becomes stand-off ish. Outside of those two technical issues I would say she's still an amazing doctor and she should get her praise for that.

I've never had to deal with unprofessionalism from a therapist or nurse practitioner prior to thrive works. Armeshia Lawrence is very unprofessional, I had a really bad experience and don't wish that on anyone. Since we started working together I noticed something was off but I gave it multiple chances. She doesn't acknowledge you, she doesn't make you feel like she's really there for you. She's there for a pay check and that is very unfortunate. Also, apparently she only checks her email once a week, since she has other things in place taking her time. The last appointment we had she hung up the zoom meeting in my face after I told her I think we aren't a good fit to work together. Choosing someone to help you with your mental health, especially medication is extremely important and can be hard to find, But atleast have the decency to have good customer service and represent thrive works in a good and professional manner. There are more disappointments I have but I'll leave it at this. Get your moneys worth and go else where, with people who are really there to help you AND are more experienced and knowledgeable on what they are doing. This is your life and your mental health on the line.

So happy we found him and can't recommend him enough! Zach Kissell has also been wonderful for individual counseling, and the ladies who help up front have always been kind and efficient! Highly recommend!

The counselor was uncaring and only took my basic information instead of helping me through the crisis and at the very least giving me some resources of places that would be willing to help me. I spent $100, as I considered it to be an ER type visit. The counselor quickly ended our session, pushing me into the lobby when I was still sobbing uncontrollably. It was humiliating to be pushed into the small lobby with that level of emotion in front of 2 men and a child, with a woman who came in as well. Even the receptionist did not offer my to use their bathroom to wash up or Kleenex. All they wanted was to be paid and me out of there. This is absolutely the last place I would send anyone to. If you want help, resources, connection don't waste your time and/or money. This place does not even worthy of 1 star. 2/8/2020 You were correct about one thing, I did not get charged $100...I got charged for $200 and it shows on the bottom that I used a debit or credit card. Nice way to outright lie about your counseling group. You all ought to be ashamed of yourselves. People in need of proper counseling beware.
