Good theater in the canton area, I just don't like the guy that tells you to turn off the phones at the start of the movie.

I've seen about 5 movies at this theater, and it leaves others in the dust. Of course the bar is nice for night time viewing but the prices for matinee are too good to pass up. My buddies and I went to see Star Wars on opening weekend in 3D and it was MORE than worth it. Nothing compares to the seating they have. The leather reclining seats with FEET of room on each side have us hooked! There's nothing like seeing a movie in a recliner, it's like watching a movie at home! Awesome theatre, but get there early so you get a good seat. I don't like to pay extra for tickets online.. I don't go to the movies a lot, but this is my go to place. Great rewards program, Love the extra seasonings for popcorn, and the make your own flavored drinks. The people working the box office and concessions are really nice. Although the physical part of theater with the reclining chairs and big screens is great, concessions are less than desirable. The process for ordering is slow and inefficient. And orders for items like pizza take 20 minutes because it is "made to order". One night I was there, even the hot dogs were a wait of 15 minutes. read more

It's hard to top these comfy seats & $5 tickets before 6 pm showings! The popcorn & drink-freeze refills are quite handy as well. Take full advantage & sign up for their rewards card. But again--the seats are awesome! It is best to order online-if you are really picky about your seat, especially if it's a smaller theater. But there isn't a bad seat in the house! This theater is great and I enjoy going but 9 out of 10 times their recliners do not work and it's irritating.

Clean, professional service, pleasant staff. I like picking the seat when buying the tickets (no rush to get into theater to select leftover seating with their reserved method). Seating is excellent and enjoy the recliners. Never had a bad popcorn here either. Going to the movies is expensive these days - but it's worth the cost here. 5 stars. read more

We heard about the comfy seating so we drove the 45 minutes out there. Both our seats were broke. My husbands foot controller didn't work, and my seat was stuck in the upright position . Too late to get our seats reassigned. So that was a drag. read more

i love this theater! ticket prices are cheap and you get assigned seats (so if you show up close to your show time, you don't have to scramble around to try to find two seats together). the seats are super roomy and lean back with a foot rest. the theaters are always clean with good sound quality and picture quality. and it's also a locally owned business, which always gets thumbs up in my book. read more

Went to see Nightcrawler on opening night, Halloween. Was pleasantly surprised to see that the movie was being shown in a new luxury theater with recliners and a lot fewer seats, I'd estimate 30-50? I might be off, but it felt that way. that wasn't quite done yet. Pushed a button, reclined and enjoyed an amazing movie with relatively few people. I'm pretty sure when they're done, they will charge $22-30 to keep the riff-raff out, lol, but I enjoyed it very much. read more

By far the best theater I have sat in, in years I do not want to try another theater again i am sold on Emagine. Luxury seating, assigned so there is room for everyone. The staff was lovely. The screening was extremely too loud during suicide squad and the staff made sure the volume was suitable for the viewers immediately. read more

This is my favorite movie theater to go to. The leather recliner seats are so comfortable. They have a bar with lots of drink choices. The food and snacks are good! They always have tons of movie times for all of the newest movies so it's easy to find a time that works with your schedule. The only downfall is the price, it's a bit expensive. Giving this cinema 5 stars. Do I really know what a five star theater is, I'm not sure, But In comparison to the other theaters in the area, this Emagine surely is a 5 star location. Great seating, nice options at the concession (yes they're expensive...what isn't these days?) Always has a fine selection of first run films and the staff, for the most part is kind and helpful. Did I mention the luxury seating (well sort of,) but the reclining chairs are a definite plus and an upgrade for those of you still sitting in a theater with stiff backed chairs. What a joke. Went to watch the new X Men tonight. Movie started and then about 10 minutes into the movie NO SOUND....after starting the movie over at least 8 times they inform us that there was nothing they could do tonight and gave us movie passes to make up for the inconvenience. I thought this was a great start but once I got home I realized that I was missing out on something that I was looking forward to seeing for weeks. I pre ordered my tickets $27 for 2 and took off work to be one of the first to see this movie. I will choose another theater next time. That is how disappointed I am. I know that things happen but to not even offered admission to one of the other times tonight was disappointing. Now instead of being one of the first to see the movie..I am not sure when I will be able to see the movie. Thanks for letting me vent. read more

Ok so first thing I wanna say is goodbye AMC! I recently went here yesterday to see big hero 6 with my bæs and when I ordered my ticket the guy asked me where I wanted to sit. I said no thanks and he's like what do you mean no thanks. And I was like oh I thought he meant luxery seating which I don't want. So I ordered my fries and my friends went to get our seats. So I start to walk into the theater (theater 14) and the floors not even there and I walk inside eand there were people sitting in reclining seats! I was about to start crying BC this was the best thing ever. I read about how some movie theaters were gonna do this in math class is some gay magazine that our teacher made us read. I'm now coming here from Now on instead of canton cinema which only plays like 2 movies a day and AMC which fries are really good but they don't let kids into rated R movies. And one time I went to get a refill on my drink and I had to pay 50 cents and Now its free! Yasddd read more

This place is a little over priced in all aspects of the movie going experience. While we are on a budget we tend to frequent the Canton Cinema they have a better price and I think that it's just as nice. read more

The best thing about this please is that you get free refills. The early movies are alway cheap. Pretty clean, not all seat in the back are good for viewing in some theaters. Great for kids. The staff is very helpful.... read more
