I ended up getting removal of the current lashes I had, and a brand new set. Side note (her prices are great)! I had tried one tech previously and had a very bad experience, so I was extremely nervous. She effortlessly put me at ease and listened to everything that I had to say regarding my lashes, being that I am new to the lash extension world. Unfortunately for my old lash tech I found her and will be booking my fill very soon in the near future. She's truly was a hidden gem among all of the lash professionals here in Atlanta! She is Very personable, friendly, detailed oriented, and will sit you down and discuss exactly what you want and the look you are going for. She will actually listen and execute what you want. Punctual and great customer service, not to mention a bomb playlist while you're getting beautified. She even provides you with great information aftercare tips and any questions you have while wearing your lashes went away. You even get a cute little gift bag you on your way out, with all of your information about your style, lashes, length, etc. I will definitely be back and I'm so excited, I have a new lash tech. I feel pretty, oh so pretty, lashes just make a girl feel awesome inside. Awesome sauce

Recently, I moved from New York and have been looking for a new brow salon because the one I…read moreinitially found in Georgia was farther from my house and the results were just okay. I was really hoping to find someone who could recreate the style I was used to back home. I found this salon a few months ago and had been seeing one of the brow stylists, who was fantastic. She understood exactly what I was trying to achieve and helped me gradually get my brows back to the shape I loved. Since eyebrow growth takes time, we've been working toward that goal over multiple appointments. Unfortunately, her schedule has been a bit inconsistent lately, so I stopped in today after the gym hoping another stylist could help. Before we started, I explained in detail what I had been working on with the other brow artist and asked several questions to make sure she was comfortable maintaining that same shape. She assured me she understood and told me to trust her. Unfortunately, the result was the exact opposite of what I had asked for. It felt like my concerns weren't listened to, and months of progress toward growing my brows back have now been undone. Brows take weeks to grow back and often months to reshape, so it's incredibly disappointing to feel like I'm starting over. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I spent a significant amount of time explaining exactly what I was trying to accomplish because I wanted to avoid this outcome. I left feeling like I had wasted both my time and the progress I'd made over the past few months. It was simply a very inconvenient experience that could have been avoided if the stylist had been upfront about not being familiar with the technique or shape I was looking for. I'm sure this stylist may do a great job for clients looking for a different brow style, but if a client is asking for a specific approach that you're not confident you can achieve, it's much better to be honest than to promise you can. Setting the right expectations is so important. I wondered if I was just being overly critical, but when I got home, my fiancé immediately noticed the difference and even commented that my brows didn't turn out as well as they had before. I'll continue booking with the original stylist because she truly understood what I was looking for, but I wanted to share my experience so others know to request the stylist whose work aligns with the look they're trying to achieve.

I don't appreciate the fact that when you write a bad review the new owner tries to make it seem like you're either a fake or you're the old owner who is trying to be messy. My thing is don't lie and down play MY experience to make your business look good. When I called and texted Nenette she tried to apologize and say it was a misunderstanding when in fact she knew what she was trying to do but I don't play those games. Period. Not only that the Nenette reposts old work from the previous owner on her IG page when it's in fact not her work. So you think you'll get a good looking hairstyle but in all actuality you won't. I had to show nenette a photo of a middle part braid down and her employees had to help her and it STILL didn't not come out right. I ended up telling her to take it out and she told me not to worry about paying her for anything. However after I wrote my review on google on Saturday she tried to make it seem like I was lying about what happened. I would really give this place zero stars if I could. It's pretty sad because I used to come here all time to get my Fulani braids done by the old owner Emdi "Glamour" and the people that used to work with her and I never had any issues. See the photos attached. I uploaded them to google maps but it doesn't show on google for some reason.
