BUYERS BEWARE: they only accept returns within a narrow 7-day window, you MUST have the original receipt--NO EXCEPTIONS, and there are absolutely NO REFUNDS!!--just store credit. This policy is so outdated. This further substantiates just how greedy they are!! To make matters worse, they don't even have fitting rooms, so you have to hope things fit or change in your car. I don't live nearby, so this was a hassle. Returning items is another nightmare: you're treated with suspicion, checked at the front door, and asked to leave your bags by security. They don't even give you a bag to put returned items in, treating you like a criminal for returning items because they don't fit. The clothes are cheaply made and tore when I tried them on. And to top it off, they have two stores that apparently don't communicate, so each one pushes you to the other, "HOT TOPIC" for exchanges, because one store doesn't carry much of my size when I attempted to exchange items, they have little inventory in one store, and more inventory in the other. This was hands down the worst shopping experience I've ever had in my life they need to stop being so darn greedy & nasty!! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK because some of the clothes may be cute but prices are jacked up and the quality is worse than fashionova... good luck, with returns and having to travel to both stores to get your credit back and they will give you a major hassle if the item was brought in the other store to get credit causing you to be a human YO-YO traveling back and forth between their stores. Lastly, They open when they feel like it--Sunday? Try 1 p.m. or later! Honestly, ROXX, this isn't retail; it's an obstacle course. I wanted straps added to it and when I take it home and try it on (couldn't try it there because she was closing early to go to court for a traffic violation) one of the straps is sewed on twisted. The dress has a bunch of gems on it and a few were missing and a bunch loose. I take it back to be fixed. When I try it on at home the straps still aren't right. One is close to where the armpit is and the other closer to the middle of my back. I didn't want to eff around with this woman anymore so I fixed the straps myself. I told the cashier I only needed a paper bag, and she rudely and repeatedly told me they didn't have any paper bags. I asked again how, in a store as big as that, they didn't have a single paper bag. On Sunday Feb 1st 2026 I took my daughter's shopping at the Primark Location in Jamaica Queens NY …read more What started out as a fun day with mom turned into a scary situation. The system in Primark was acting up. Unbeknownst to me I paid for $345 worth of merchandise with my card . The money was removed from my card however I was told I did not pay and that I could not leave with my merchandise. Like any credit card transaction there is a hold placed on the card until the transaction is finalized with the bank . The company wanted me to pay another $345 dollars advising me that they don't have their money so it's not their fault and I should take it up with my bank . I advised them that I paid after speaking to management and that I was not leaving without my merchandise and I left . Upon leaving I was followed down the block by a male who identified himself as a detective . In order to not scare my kids I went back to the store however called the police to help me because I paid for my merchandise. When the police arrived I thought I was going to get help however the store reported that I stole the merchandise and I need to be arrested . While my children were alone with me I asked that my family was given a little grace to get to me as I paid for my items and this is ridiculous. I threatened to sue and advised the cops that if they were taking me in I would like a lawyer . With that being said the store manger then states that I didn't intend on stealing and it's not my fault it's the banks fault . It was resolved with them taking back everything I bought for my girls and still have not received my money back . I used the same card in other stores down the block and in the area without issue . The store treated me as though I was a criminal embarrassed myself and traumatized my children , using intimidation of there male staff for merchandise that was no longer theirs because it was paid for . Fast forward to Tuesday Feb 3rd 2026 the transaction has been finalized as I initially stated it would be leaving myself and my children without the merchandise we shopped for or the money to shop elsewhere. I was banned from the store and criminalized in front of other customers on that day.
