So I went there and wanted a basic French full set coffin shape. The woman that did my nails had me there for about two hours maybe longer. The shape is no where near what a wanted it to be it's 100% not coffin looks very round. Not to mention numerous times when she was filing my nails with her little machine she lost control and it scratched my hand or went to hard burning my finger the end product was not worth $55. In addition to that they do no designs nothing fancy very basic manicures first and last time I'll probably ever be going there.this place is fine for people with low expectations. read more

This was my first time here and I was pretty happy with it. It's your average nail salon I would say except perhaps a bit cleaner which is always nice. My only complaints at all is that the water for my pedicure wasn't really warm but I told her and she fixed that and then they ONLY had those super trashy Star and People magazines. I would have liked having other magazine options but the pedicure itself was great. I paid for the delux $40 version and she massaged each my feet/legs for 4min each which i think is a great amount of time. While my feet were drying she also rubbed my shoulders so I'm happy with it and will return. read more

Really rapid pedi. This is an in and out rush job at best. Not a bad painting of the toes but I don't feel like I got he pedi I needed. :( My daughter and friend finished start to finish in 32 min. I had my feet in the tub for 15 min before anyone started on me. Kind of a bummer when we made appointments together. The point is to sit together and finish together. read more

I love coming here! Vie is incredible! She does such an amazing job, she's friendly and attentive. She's the best nail tech I have ever had.

I really used to love coming here but now that my favorite manicurist Daisy is gone things have gone significantly downhill. They charge you still to take off gel even though you're getting a manicure and a pedicure. I don't find many of the technicians are that good anymore, it's sad. read more

Went in and asked for a dip powder manicure. Picked a bright pink color. They did nothing to my nails, just immediately started the dip process. Did not clip my nails or clean them up at all. Guy doing my nails did not communicate anything then told me I was done when my nails looked like they only had a clear coat on them. When I asked about the color difference, they made me feel guilty and completely uncomfortable. Finally the man fixed my manicure. Ended up doing way too many coats though which made my nails feel thick and fake. Lady doing my friends nails cleaned them up and had her wash her hands after. He had me leave with oil all over my hands. Overall poor experience. Will never be back. read more

The women who work here are very friendly and my nails were nice, however, I wouldn't go back. I had a gift card so my daughter and I got a pedicure. We paid for the $30 one thinking what the heck, let's treat ourselves. It was half hour, cold water, a 2 minute massage (maybe) and not much of anything else. I always pay less and get more elsewhere. The thing that bothered me most was, there were 5 women working, one sleeping in a chair and no other customer, maybe you could have spent more time with the only customers you had there. If you decide to be your own judge, do not pay for "more" you won't get more. read more

Totally disappointed with this salon. No longer Owned by Lisa. Prices sky high. Claim services much better. Mostly same ladies working there. My pedicure was barely fair. Smudged before I left and they threw another coat on nail so all lumpy looking. Just a regular basic pedi is $33.00 dollars. No mani/ pedi discount. After pedi I decided not to do mani. read more

I got the BEST mani and pedi ever here last week. I am incredibly particular when it comes to my nails (almost OCD like) and I am always trying new places to find a great manicure. Tammy at Lisa's Nails is so talented and I am so impressed with her attention to detail. I usually don't get Gel manis specifically because it is stuck on there even if I don't like it. I will definitely be back to get a Gel mani from Tammy now that I know what great work she does!! read more

Came here the other day to get my gels taken off and a pedicure. The technician left my natural nails with plenty of gel still on them, she didn't buff them or anything... my pedicure was fine, my nails came out looking good, but she barely scrubbed my heels, and the massage was just okay. Really nice customer service, but the result is just not worth the time or money. read more

My gel manicure was super rushed. I left with a bristle cured into my gel, which I called and they were able to fix. But even that was super rushed. The nail tech destroyed the skin around multiple nails by scratching them repeatedly (and quite hard) with the nail file due to her rushing on both occasions. It hasn't even been a week and my gel is already lifting now too. I appreciated them fixing their mistake, but I cannot overlook all the problems. They need to slow down and take their time. read more

Result of my SNS dip powder nails after a week. I've been getting the dip powder nails at another salon for about 10 months but decided to give Lisa's nail salon a try since it's closer to my house, what a disappointment. They're supposed to last you 3 weeks, mine didn't last 8 days... glad I threw $37 dollars away. read more

Do not go here. They did not give me what I wanted and made me feel guilty for wanting something different than what I had told them over the phone when I made an appointment. My acrylics came out crooked and way too thick. When I got home, I immediately clipped them short. That's how bad they looked. Next week, I will be going to a DIFFERENT nail salon to have these atrocious acrylics removed. I'm so annoyed and disappointed with this place. Never again. read more

The only technician that can do dip manicures is Lisa. Do not let them tell you otherwise. She's been on vacation and I had to have someone else do it, and so far I've had 4 nails/dip completely come off, and I just had them done 3 days ago. Walked in because of close proximity to my house. I got a pedicure with Julie. For the first time I got the ten minute foot/leg for $10. I was so exhausted and comfortable that I fell asleep. I don't mind that I fell asleep except that I missed the whole rub! She was very professional and quiet. I love that! read more

I only went here because the parking at the nail salon across the street was full. The workers at Lisa's were far from friendly, and the manicure was sub par. I had to request another coat of polish from a different person because the man who was painting my nails ran away not to be seen for the remainder of my time there. The place overall was just icky, but you get what you pay for I suppose. read more
