You gotta understand that I'm a basketball player that's actually taking care of my feet for the first time. Ohh yes.....It ended feeling like paradise, that I could feel it through my whole body during my treatment. And I can only imagine if I convinced my next girlfriend to go to this store with me, I think this would be the perfect way to spend an afternoon together....which would lead to what I might be rewarded with in the evening...*winks*

I have taken many of my girlfriends here for their birthdays, and I have been suprised a few times myself with spontaneous trips. With an inner city location, this Endota is smaller and a little noiser than others, just from sheer building size and traffic. But they have decked the place out with soothing music and equipment and try their best to make the place quiet and serene. Endota Rundle is 3 stories tall, with the reception and entry on the middle level. There is a tea/waiting room downstairs along with some treatment rooms and larger group rooms upstairs. The therapists are amazing, as expected, and they know their stuff, tailoring each treatment to suit the client. Sometimes I have had nice chats with them, or a laugh, or a silent treatment where I have almost fallen asleep. If you want something a little different, get Alex the male therapist, he is pretty cool.

The spa was beautifully decorated, soft music in the background set the mood but the attentive staff and luxurious treatment I had was the highlight of my visit. Prepared to be pampered!

There was hardly any apology and the staff who worked there had no idea what was going on. We politely asked for our money back as we would not be able to make it in another time as we were going overseas and we were so put off by their lack of organisation and apology. The owner Vanessa was not willing to co-operate. I asked for an upgrade to the longer duration package and she accepted. The night before our re-booked appointment, the business owner Vanessa called me to inform our 4 hour upgrade had been condensed to 2 hours. By this stage I was so infuriated and disappointed that I didn't want to argue any further but I entirely regret not doing so now. There is no way to condense a 4 hour treatment into 2 hours. Lisa and Vanessa were less than accommodating and have absolutely no finesse in the work that they do. We didn't feel special, relaxed or pampered. They are fuelled by ego, attitude and profit, everything a day spa shouldn't be. Needless to say, this is one of the very worst encounters I have had in customer service, which is a complete shame after we tried to do the right thing and support a local small business. I am disgusted and appalled and I will be sharing my opinion with as many people as possible to ensure this does not happen to others.

I'd been walking around Adelaide for two days and my feet were feeling crampy. A 30 minute session at Ha's was just the ticket to release the tension and revive me after a full couple of days and I walked out (warning: cliche approaching) feeling as if I was floating on a cloud. Time and money well spent! Pro tip: if you have private health insurance ask about the remedial massage rebates.

Has, located within the Adelaide Central Market is by far and away my favourite for convenience, as there is almost always someone available to help you without an appointment. They are also consistant and all of the masseurs seem to be experienced and adept at chinese massage. I have not been disappointed yet! The rule of thumb in these places seems to be that you pay essentially $1 per minute - keeps it simple and you know what you're up for. I can reccommend the head, neck, shoulder and back massages. They will get into your butt cheeks with the back one, but they're all performed fully clothed and oil free so even the modest should feel comfortable. These massages are not for the faint hearted (unless you specify) as there are elbows involved. I also enjoy the akon cleanse - even if just for the gross out factor of seeing how brown your feet can make the water and the foot reflexology seems to genuinely benefit me. Has is an affordable, quick and easy way to take some time out and unwind during your week, I cannot recommend them highly enough!
