Nobody ever answers, even though their website (and a response to an email) said that someone is there during certain hours to schedule. I ended up booking via email, but I didn't feel comfortable giving my credit card information that way. I told them I'd call and when I finally got through to someone, they had given up my spot because I didn't contact them in time... even though I constantly tried AND told them via email I couldn't get a hold of them. If you are using a Groupon, which I was, you have to give them the code off of it as well- so make sure you have that available or they won't book you. Second- the location is not well marked. The view on Google Maps and on their website is from the side. A view I didn't see from the street. I passed it three times before realizing which one it was. The driveway is tiny and there are only a few parking spots behind the building. It was a tight squeeze. Third- the inside is odd. You go in, up some stairs and are in a tiny foyer. They have some chairs and a desk set up. I didn't mind, however I felt cramped when it was me, the lady checking me in, another employee and a customer trying to check out. I felt like I was in the way, even though I was sitting in a chair. The room I was in for my massage was so bright and loud. They have a window facing Savannah Highway, so I constantly heard cars, trucks, horns, squealing, etc. The blinds didn't keep out the light and they didn't close the curtains. I was also very cold in that room. Fourth- Okay, the massage. It was absolutely amazing. The pressure was perfect and she checked in to make sure I was doing okay. I did not like her talking to me so much (not asking about the pressure, but about a lot of different random things) as this was my time to relax and zen out. While I did enjoy the massage, I don't think I'll be back. I am thankful for the opportunity to try it but it just wasn't a good fit for me.

Something they have, admittedly to my annoyance, plastered all over their website and in the lobby of the business. The ONLY negative I have for them at all). My masseuse was Caryn. She was warm, friendly and very caring. She asked me to fill out a form about my medical history, concerns and goals for the session. I then spoke with her briefly about what kind of massage I was looking for and she was HAPPY to help. It turns out her specialty is medical massage therapy so she was a great fit for my needs (pinched nerves and minor damage from a car accident a few years ago). She explained everything she was doing and checked throughout the session to make sure the pressure was okay. I left feeling like a new person. Yes, cliche, but entirely true. The massage therapists were excellent, and the massages themselves were relaxing, professional, and exactly what we needed. The reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 4 is due to the spa's layout and lack of amenities. The spa is very small and doesn't include additional amenities with your service. It is nicely decorated, and the waiting area has a few comfortable chairs, a few complementary snack and teas but the main issue was that there is only one bathroom with one shower and no separate changing rooms. They do provide lockers for your belongings, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, when we arrived, someone was already using the bathroom and shower, so we couldn't even use the restroom before our massages. Because we had scheduled appointment times and needed to start on time, we were instructed to change into our robes in massage rooms that weren't currently in use and then return to the waiting area. After our massages, my fiancé and I wanted to shower off the massage oils, which is something we typically do. However, with only one bathroom and shower available, we had to take turns while other guests waiting for their appointments also needed to use the restroom. We felt rushed and uncomfortable trying to shower and get ourselves together knowing others were waiting. It unfortunately took away from what was otherwise a wonderful massage experience and left the ending feeling a bit stressful rather than relaxing. Overall, the quality of the massages and the therapists were fantastic, and we would absolutely return for the service itself. We just hope the spa considers improving the changing and bathroom situation, as it would make the overall experience much more enjoyable.

Lockers are available and the co-ed bathroom features a shower. I highly recommend Shannon as a massage therapist . She listens to your feedback to help customize your massage experience . Keep in mind that as of May 2023 the spa does not offer any other services except massage therapy . This could change according to staff so you could always ask when booking your appt . You do not have to be a guest of the hotel to make an appointment at the spa . If you have a slip at the marina, be sure to mention it as there is a small discount . There is plenty of free parking but if you are not a hotel guest be sure to ask them to validate your parking so will be able to exit the gate without having to pay. Also , there's a few dining options at the resort like the Charleston Harbor Fish House and the Reel Bar so you could have a meal or cocktail after your spa treatment :)
