It was the complete lack of accountability or basic customer service. No apology, no explanation, no urgency. They just told me to sit back down and I waited another 10 minutes. When my food finally came out, the employee dropped it on the table and walked away without saying a word. Good food can only carry a place so far. The lack of communication, attentiveness, and simple human decency completely ruined the experience for me.
