They also took care of a few places we wanted extra attention to and when we communicated our needs, they were very friendly; did not get annoyed or upset with our comments or concerns. Special mention to this team (Ala, Shalon and Posha) did an amazing job. Thank you ladies!!! :) We recommend them to all our friends and families.

They are fantastic - Sherab will even clean the stairs and landing outside of our apartment. I really like that they are conscious of the environment and bring their own cleaning supplies. They were really friendly and cleaned everything with attention to details. Our apartment had a lot of dust in small corners and they did not fail to make sure those were all clean. They cleaned for abit over an hour and when they finished they even left us a bag of dishwasher pods! Overall, team 3 provide a great service, would definitely recommend them and use them in the future!

Tried them out and overall they did a decent job. Here's the details:…read moreFor a two bed two bath townhouse one time clean it was $170 plus tax which is more expensive than most companies out there. They send three people and stayed about 1 H 40 M. The good: I was interested in giving green cleaning products a try and Aspen Clean uses all green products. It makes a HUGE difference because it doesn't mean make your home smell toxic. In fact there's no cleaning product smell at all. They did a decent job with the clean, only a few small dust particles were found. Most places were clean and sparkling. The not so good: price was obviously one as its not affordable for ongoing biweekly cleans. Cleaning products while non toxic did not clean soap scum on edges of bath tub and one of the toilet bowls was still yellow. Not sure if they simply forgot to clean it or if the product is just weak. I ended up pouring store bought bowl cleaner in and cleaning it myself and it ended up white and sparkling. Lastly the team was over an hour late after giving me an hour window to come so I ended up waiting over two hours for them. Verdict: worth a try if you're interested in trying green cleaning services. Not having that toxic smell really makes a difference.

I found out about Brooms and Roses when I submitted a Request A Quote for cleaning services on Yelp after our regular cleaner has had to cancel the past two sessions at the last minute. Bertha's prices were incredibly competitive and totally fair compared to the crazy quotes I received. Point of interest, I submitted one quote request and got over 10 responses within 6 hours. Speaking of time, Brooms and Roses are fast and detailed. My wife and I take all weekend to clean our home, and our regular cleaning service ranges from 4-7 hours depending on how deep a clean she needs to do. Today, 2 hours start to finish, it was like watching two cleaning tornados give my house a makeover. Bertha comes from a hotel housekeeping background and so her quality of work and speed is clearly well learned and trained. I'm floored beyond belief. We're going to be using her services again without question and if you're in the west end of the city, Mississauga, etc give her a call you won't be disappointed! Absolutely unacceptable service -- avoid at all costs…read more I hired The Cleaning Authority to clean my new home before move-in, and it turned out to be one of the worst service experiences I've ever had -- and I paid over $500 for it. Because I couldn't be present, I trusted them to deliver a professional deep clean. Instead, I walked into a space that was still visibly dirty, unhygienic, and nowhere near ready for living. Cabinets were full of grime and old food, countertops still greasy, the dishwasher door was coated in dried residue, and baseboards, drawers, and tiles were untouched. They tried to claim the job was "signed off" -- by my uncle, who was only there to let them in and not informed about what needed to be inspected. That excuse is as weak as the cleaning. When I contacted Richard, the owner, he admitted the job was substandard, offered me a measly $50 refund and a future discount, and promised to follow up via email -- which he never did. Total ghosting. I've since filed a complaint with my credit card provider and provided photo evidence. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for customers is appalling. If you care about your time, money, or hygiene -- look elsewhere. This company clearly does not stand by its promises.

- Absolutely worst service ever - Never book a cleaning service with this company "Cleaning…read moreAuthority" I called and booked an appointment with them for cleaning our 2 BHK condo in mississauga. I did not get any confirmation of the appointment until they called me a day before. I asked for the quote how much they would charge for a 2 BKH condo and the call centre person did not give me the full quote instead gave a quote of 55/hr. I again asked how much time would it normally take for cleaning fully and she mentioned it would be a minimum of 4 hrs and cannot confirm on the exact time needed. I was in assumption that they may take 4-6 hrs for the full cleaning as it is 2 BHK condo. I would never expect it would take more than that. However, there were two ladies came for cleaning. Both were untrained and non professionals. One lady was little aged in 40s and was cleaning and the other was jus in 20s and don't know what is cleaning. She was cleaning like as if playing. They started the cleaning at ~ 1.30 PM and ended up at around 8.45 PM. I could not stay in the unit as they were cleaning, instead I was in my friend's home jus 1km away. I visited the unit at around 5.30 pm to check out if the cleaning is completed (at this moment, its 8 work hours). But they were only done with 1 rest room, hall and 1 bedroom and the second rest room was in progress. Then I visited again at around 6.30 or 7 pm and found that they were only done with 2 rest rooms, hall and 2 bedrooms. I gave preference to start with Kitchen and Rest rooms but the kitchen was untouched until 7 pm. Then when I finally visited at around 8.45 pm they said they are done and the burner cook top (glass) was not at all cleaned. They said they do not have any cleaning liquid to clean the burner cook top. Finally they said they are done and asked me sign the closure form. I have complained that I am not satisfied with the cleaning time taken and kitchen cleaning to the call centre. Later when I spoke with the manager regarding the charge for the cleaning, he told me I will be charged for for the full amount for their work hours (15 work hours - CAD 932.25) which I feel is a non sense for a 2 BHK condo. I called and complained again and they didn't care much. Its not ethical practice to force consumers to pay even if they are not satisfied with the service and jus because they believed in you, you made them to pay for nearly 1000 CAD whereas we had a quote received for around 250 CAD. - Absolutely worst service ever - **** ***** *** ********* *** ****** ***** ******** ******** ***
