He recommended Shock Wave, which I had immediate relief the day after the session. This is a very tricky thing to fix as anyone with PF will tell you. After the second Shock wave treatment I was about 85% better. He also added stem cell injections into the heel that will regenerate and fix the inflamed heel tendons and muscles. I'm one-week past that injection and finally feel for the first time in over 10 years, that I might be pain free in my heels!
