Still 5 stars. Elmer and his crew painted the exterior of our house and we could not be more pleased. They cleaned, patched, and prepped before all the paint work began. We are so happy with their work ethic and the aesthetics of our newly painted home! Elmer is super responsive and always there to listen to our concerns and take action. Thank you, Elmer and Crew!! We were very impressed with Elmer and his crew. They showed up on time everyday and were ready to get to work. They painted 2 rooms and finished a few items on the honey-do list. We are more than pleased with what they accomplished and the quality of work- I especially love the painting jobs. They prepped everything, and the rooms ended up looking solid 10s! Real lookers! They left everything nice and tidy, too! We will definitely call Elmer Painting when we are ready to tackle the other rooms! read more

This is the second time we've used Elmer and his crew - he did a fantastic job painting the exterior of our home a few years ago and the paint still looks great. This time, we brought him back to paint the interior of our home, and it turned out fantastic. Elmer's crew is very professional and efficient - finished a 3,000+ square foot home in two and a half days, and we are really pleased with the results. read more

Elmer and his team did a fantastic job repairing a drywall hole after we had some pipe work done. He responded to my request within an hour, set up a time the next morning to come out and do the work, and had it completed and perfect by end of day. You can't tell that there was any work done at all. Easy to work with, I would and will call Elmer next time we need any painting or drywall help. This is an easy five stars! read more

Elmer and team are world class. Having worked with many contractors I feel fortunate to have founder Pineda's Painting. They've been incredible responsive to both big and small jobs, interior and exterior residential, and are thoughtful with the work they perform. read more

I hired him to paint the interior of my house. As we all want that balance between cost and quality work. I hired him because of the positive reviews on Yelp. He wasn't the cheapest and there were some alot more expensive. When he came and looked at the job, prep was included, unfortunately nothing was sanded before they painted, and the paint will peel off, when bumped. read more

Elmer is terrific. Very responsive to inquiries, reliable and punctual. He repaired damage to my house caused by renters. He was able to remove paint from my brick fireplace after I was told by other painters it would not be feasible. He did a nice job repainting large parts of the house, did caulking, and did wallboard repair, as well as hang large vertical blinds. I cannot recommend him highly enough. read more

Elmer was available on short notice, and did a thorough job. We were lucky to find him, and I would definitely hire him again.

Sept 18 : I was re-working a room and found Elmer from Elmer Painting to be a very nice and business focused guy. His Estimate was fair and without surprises. His helper Elle(Sp?) was also personable and very much liked his job. Overall my sense is that Elmer has a very high quality company and he is willing to take jobs in the competitive market. The resulting value for the price is very good and in a week or so, when the stream of contractors slow, I may reach back regarding finishing touches. Thanks Elmer. read more

I would work with them again. Needed to have some drywall repair work done from a roof leak and then painted. They responded to my initial request extremely fast. If I can give Elmer 6 stars, I would have! Really like him and his work. I hired Elmer to help me to repaint my rental property. He did a fantastic job and I like him so much that I requested him to stain the deck and do a move-in cleaning. My tenant and I were impressed by Elmer's professionalism, quality of his work and timeliness. We had a tight timeline to get it done before tenants move in. Elmer got it done on time and on budget - extremely impressive. I like Elmer so much that I hired him to put a basket hoop system and to do other work around my residence. Elmer and Joel did an amazing job painting our daughter's room. Elmer was super responsive, turned around a quote within a half an hour, had his team at my house the following day. Joel did an amazing job painting our walls, fixing our existing cracks in paint on the ceiling, reviewing the work with me to get any feedback along the way and cleaning up after completed. The job was finished to perfection, on time and on budget in fact slightly finished ahead of schedule. Super impressed with the work. Thank you!!! read more

Elmer and his team went above and beyond with our recent exterior house painting project. He gave us a same day quote, responded to every question quickly and even did extra work without increasing his original quote. He and his team worked hard to make sure everything was prepped properly before applying the paint. They took care of our home and did an excellent job. We had put off painting for way too long because dealing with contractors is never pleasant and the cost was a concern since we have a two story duplex. Elmer made our big job painless and did it for what we thought was a great price. We would recommend Elmer to anyone in need of a painter. read more

Reasonably priced, responsible, crew members are friendly and feel like genuine good people. They textured and paint my entire house, interior to Exterior. Since I needed to budget costs, I had to hire different teams to do help us remodeling. Elmer's team worked with us and is very accommodating. They are also extremely responsible who usually fix any issues caused the same day or next time i inform about the issue. I think these qualities are the most important especially when you are also going through a long and tortuous remodeling process. read more

If I could give Elmer and his crew 10 stars I would! He was not the least expensive, nor the most expensive quote I got to paint the chipping, peeling wall of my garage, but my gut feeling told me to go with him and I am super happy I did. His workers showed up on time every day, and worked all day. They were meticulous in the preparation of the wall before priming and painting it. He finished the job within the time he said he would, and I am very happy with the results.....the wall looks terrific! I would use him again in a heartbeat! read more

Here's what you can expect: first, Elmer is great on the phone and you will discover that he really gets what you are saying about the job; next, you will meet him for a quote and you will be very glad you did because he inspires trust and enthusiasm for getting the job done well for the right price. I had a complex job where some of the house was partially prepped and other parts needed the works from wash to scrape to painting. He got this and the quote worked for this complex job. He matched the paint well, and he was a great go to person coordinating the people in his company doing the various parts of the job. I was glad I trusted him to make the project the sort of project where you can stand back at the end and look at it and say this is what I wanted it to look like. You're going to be happy with the outcome because Elmer is going to personally make sure it is right. This is the company you want doing the job! read more
