The car is still not fixed. It is a lemon. We have taken it to Subaru multiple times and the car continues to break down. We tried to reach out to the owners multiple times. The owner refuses to speak to me because my name is not on the car, even though I paid for the car. The owner refuses to refund any money or compensate us for the thousands of dollars on hotels and towing the car. This is the worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything. I would not suggest to anyone to buy a car from Katy Motors. They are dishonest people and will not face their mistakes. One excuse Brian gave me was that his mother was dying and he was busy. My mother is actually dying as well and I have not been able to be by her side because we have a broken down car.
