They think it is so cool that they have a kid sized door, a play hour, kid toys, etc. The office is always clean and welcoming. The office definitely caters to kids on every level. The staff is always awesome - the hygienist are so good with the kids and engage them while working quickly but thoroughly. They help make it relaxing and fun. Dr. Kim is so nice and always talks to the kids and asks them questions to make them comfortable and engage them, as well. They do allow for parents to come back and sit near their kids if they need to, this has helped my boys a lot! I have always felt comfortable and confident in the care they receive here and do not feel pressured to do anything that is above or beyond what they need. They always have a full prize bucket for the kids to take from when they leave, too - always a hit! He is so proactive with his conversations and approach to dentistry which is very comforting to my husband and I. We had a dental emergency a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday. We were told it would be a month long process (2 additional appts after the consult), and with insurance would be close to 3k. I found another pediatric ortho for a second opinion before moving forward and they treated her tooth on the spot, and it was only $54.00 The other ortho had great reviews, and was just as close. I will pay whatever and do whatever I need to for my children, but almost a 2800.00 difference blows my mind, esp when my daughter was treated at the other orthodontist immediately, returned to school and was no longer in any pain. The staff and specialists were warm and wonderful, and made my daughter feel comfortable, I think she even had fun :) The prices and unecessary recommended treatments is why we won't be back.

She sat down and instantly said my son needed a lip tie lasered. She gave me no education about it and spent maybe 2 minutes in the room with us. After this encounter, I talked to a few friends trying to find a new pediatric dentist and came to find out that they all has the EXACT same experience as we did. The dentist also told them the same thing- that their child needed a lip tie to be clipped. Our new pediatric dentist said the lip tie absolutely did not to be clipped and it was of no concern. I am so glad I went elsewhere and got a second opinion. I am not one to leave such poor reviews, but I hope this can help another parent as they search for the best possible dental care for their own child.
