There was already motorcycles/ trikes out front, so that was a good sign. I haven't eaten here since it was owned by a previous owner. Maybe 20 plus years ago. I ordered a cheeseburger with sweet potato fries, and Dawn had a club with sweet potato fries. Everything was cooked to near perfection and our waiter Zach was attentive and responsive. The ambiance is nice and quaint with plenty of room for several people. I grew up in Steinhatchee/ Rocky Creek, so it was nice to be reminded of home and the old fishing village atmosphere. We will definitely come back. P.S. Richard the owner and his wife are outstanding people! Please give this place a visit!

I've had a good long run of getting some poor quality steaks lately, at some pretty good…read morerestaurants too charging a small fortune for it and even at some of the "finer" grocery stores; so much so, I'm fed up with it! Mooo!!! Normally, unless on holiday or expense account, I usually prefer to do my own steaks anyway and because of having been so sorely disappointed with the quality of beef I've been finding lately, I found Quincey Cattle and well, they're my new favorite place for steaks. Absolutely 100% happy with their beef and I'm so very glad I found them. ..did I mention they ship? They're super friendly, helpful, and nice too, everyone. And there's a whole lot to say about their beef's quality and provenance but I'll leave that for the other reviews and your own due dilligence. For me, this may be my new fountain of youth for top quality beef; and I've been making expense account steaks at the house and doing my own dry aging for decades using steaks from all sorts of purveyors. I've just not been having any luck with quality lately no matter how much I spend. I think people have slowed down so much on beef we're all getting old frozen cuts at restaurants and big box grocery. I don't pretend to know what's going on other than to say in my experience it sucks as a customer lately. Anyway, worth saying, and should also be a separate review, but they've got a whole side restaurant thing going on I thought I wouldn't do but ended up doing anyway just because. Shoooot! Chopped brisked sammy was so tender and juicy and delicious having expected it to be dry like so many others juiced up with sauces. Umn nope. Goood Lord it was delicious and well worth the drive on out just for the sammich alone!

While on our annual trip to the Chiefland area, we got word that Quincey was opening a new location…read morenear town during our visit. We stopped by a few days after they opened to check out the new space and selection of offerings. Our visit was mid-afternoon on a Tuesday in July, and it was busy but not too crowded. There is a private parking lot, and it was no problem getting a spot and entering the business. It is located right off the main drag, and is relatively easy to get in and out of. The building is nice and new, and there was plenty to look at and see once inside. On the left upon entering is the cashier/order counter for the restaurant portion. They also have a drive-thru for ordering food as well. On the right side is the actual store. The staff were all very nice and friendly. Since I was unfamiliar with the brand not being from the area, they answered my questions and gave some good information on the business. It was interesting to learn that they will deliver and ship within most of the state of Florida! I enjoyed perusing the selection in the retail side - there was a ton of beef, both fresh and frozen, to purchase. In addition, there was produce, spices, and other smaller grocery items. They also sold various merchandise! They also had signage for how to purchase a portion of a cow from them, in various increments all the way up to an entire cow. This would be a great option for a family looking to stock up their freezer. Knowing a little bit about the area, it seems like this shop will do well, and is most definitely worth giving a visit. I heard great things about the burgers, and it seems like their meat is popular. Especially with the closing of Winn Dixie in Chiefland, this is a great place to get local, quality beef. I very much enjoyed visiting this newly-opened spot, and hope to be back to try some of the menu on my next visit to the area!

We had the 10" supreme pizza with two side salads (Caesar) and (Romaine) everything was good and fresh. There was a minimum wait, but, the staff seemed pretty busy with phone orders and take outs. (They all looked exhausted and tired) The restaurant had a big covered outside area with video games and also seating inside with A/C. We opted for inside tonight. Overall, everything was satisfactory and we would come back again. The only downside, no room on the Harley for leftovers!
