If you'd like it shorter,…read morefunnier, more formal, or customized to a specific repair they did, I can adjust it: 5-Star Review for Fix It Pro I had an excellent experience with Fix It Pro from start to finish. Their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to solving the issue--not just rushing through a job. They showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and explained everything in plain language so I knew exactly what was going on and what my options were. The technician was courteous, respectful of my home, and made sure everything was cleaned up after the work was finished. The repair itself was done efficiently and the results have been flawless. Their pricing was transparent with no surprise add-ons, which I really appreciate. It's rare these days to find a service company that combines skill, honesty, and great customer care, but Fix It Pro delivers on all fronts. I'll definitely be calling them again for any future repairs, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable, high-quality work.

Once I engaged Reggie for the work, he sent his crew over within the next day, and they started that evening to get the work done. The work that they had performed was done in three days and the quality of work was superb. Not only did they work quickly and efficiently, but they also were very clean and courteous and did an excellent job in all aspects of the job. I highly recommend Reggie. He gave me an estimate and he stuck to that estimate, even though he ran into a couple of problems that actually ran the cost of the job a little bit over. He's an honest person to work with. I have nothing but praise for Reggie and I hope to have an opportunity to work with him and his crew in the future.
