When I drove to the out of the way location I found them closed earlier than advertised hours. I called to try to discuss the price and was met with an arrogant, defiant attitude. They did nothing to offer mature, professional customer service- they just wanted to argue and "be right". They were not interested in salvaging the sale or my business- just in illogically and egotistically denying that they told me they would work up a price first.
