It has been a few months since my mother has passed. I'm sitting here reflecting on how Mr. Clark was kind and professional from the beginning. We started her pre-planning over a year ago, not knowing we we need it so soon. Upon mom's passing Mr. Clark secured mom's travel back to Midland, and upon arriving in his care, she was handled with dignity and respect. Our family is in gratitude for his caring nature and professionalism, not only with my mom but several other family members who have passed through his care. We trust him with our loved ones.

So this time, I was greeted by a young man, he was polite then walked off, and then Mya came by and checked on me, super friendly, very smiley, and was excited to show me all of the newest items in the store. She was pleasant to speak with, she answered all of my questions, always smiling, showed me 8 or 10 different knives and always responded with, "Sure, no problem at all", every time I would apologize for wanting to see 2 or so more in another case. She was awesome. THIS IS THE REASON I will not go anywhere else when it comes to special gifts for the people I care about. I didn't see Lauren, but maybe next time. Mya, thank you so much, you made my shopping a pleasant experience, tell your boss you deserve a paid day off, I will definitely be back in the future.

I had a unit and because they failed to add our name to it they marked it as an unoccupied unit. Let me first say, we had informed the new manager MULTIPLE times that it was our unit and he made the decision to rid all of our stuff in that unit including new furniture we had stored there. The excuse was that he couldn't find a name attached to the unit even though we let him know multiple times it was ours. I had even asked for him to put a new lock and his response was "it's better if you do that yourself". Then instead of calling or trying to "find out" who the unit belong to he got rid of our belongings. Stuff that will NEVER be returned to us or never be compensated for.
